The competition is open to all sporting clubs (Soccer, Football, Hockey, Motocross clubs, pony clubs, archery clubs, gun clubs etc) , community groups, and any not for profit organisations. Any business, or not for profit organisations (including divisions of) can only win this competition once. For example YMAW Melbourne is not eligible to enter or win now as one division of their organisation has entered.

Rules and regulations
The winner will be the club or group with the most votes. This is a live completely non-biased competition.
The closing date is on the 31 October 2012 at 14.00 PM. The winner will then be announced on the competition page within the period of 31 October - 6 November. If you win the competition, we will notify you by telephone or e-mail. If we cannot contact you or you do not respond within two weeks, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another competition entrant. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize. Port Container Services reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. We may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page. If the voting is a draw, the club or group whom entered first will be announced as the winner. Prize is as stated.
Port Container Services has not made provision for container delivery, the collection of your prize from your closest depot (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Newcastle, Adelaide, Perth or Darwin) is the responsibility of the monthly winner. The winner agrees to the use of their name and photo and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests made by the promoter relating to any post winning publicity. The winner will be announced upon the monthly competition closing date, by direct message on Facebook and must respond within one week of winning before the prize may be forfeited. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If they can’t be contacted or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.
