The Promoter of this competition is Collins Foods Limited (trading through its subsidiary, Sizzler Restaurants Group Pty Ltd, which is the operator of all the Sizzler Restaurants in Australia).
Employees and immediate families of the Promoter; associated companies and agencies of Collins Foods Limited, are ineligible to enter.
Entry is open to Australian citizens only.Prizes are non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged. By entering this competition, entrants acknowledge that this prize can only be redeemed at 27 locations throughout Australia, located in Queensland, Sydney & Perth (full list of locations can be viewed at

Promotion commences 9am (AEST) Monday 08 October 2012 and closes 9pm (AEST) Sunday 04 November 2012.
Entry is conditional upon ‘Liking’ the Sizzler Australia Facebook Page (
http://www.facebook.com/SizzlerAus).
Entrant must first ‘Like’ the Sizzler Australia Facebook page, then complete and submit the entry form located on the Sizzler Australia Facebook Page for their chance to win 4 x Sizzler Grill Meal vouchers (including Salad Bar & Beverage Bar), per month for 12 months (total of 48 vouchers).
There will be two major prize winners, who will each win Free Sizzler for a Year (a total of 48 Sizzler Grill Meal Vouchers). One will be a “People’s Choice Winner” selected by the largest number of votes received through the Promoter’s Facebook App. One major prize winner will also be selected by the Promoter from the entries received.
To submit an entry, the entrant must answer the following question: Simply tell us in 25 words or less what makes you a “Legend” amongst your friends, family or colleagues.
All entries received must be approved by the Promoter before being displayed through the Promoter’s Facebook App. By entering this competition, entrants acknowledge they have read and understood the following regarding acceptable competition entries: While the Promoter encourages all entries to be original and entertaining, please keep in mind that Sizzler Australia is a family restaurant and does request that all entries stick to “PG” themes. If an entry contains material which the Promoter considers not suitable for family viewing it may not be displayed. This includes, but is not limited to entries that are slanderous, racist, use bad language or are offensive. The Promoter’s decision on this matter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Please note that each entrant will only have the chance to win one major prize. Duplicate entries will be disregarded.
There will be 3 competition rounds: 9am (AEST) Monday 08/10/2012 to 9pm (AEST) Sunday 14/10/12; 9am (AEST) Monday 15/10/2012 to 9pm (AEST) Sunday 21/10/12; 9am (AEST) Monday 22/10/2012 to 9pm (AEST) Sunday 28/10/12.
At the close of each competition round, the Promoter will move the top 3 entries (decided by largest number of votes) into a Final Voting Round (commencing Monday 29 October 2012, with a minimum of 10 entries). Please note that in the event that there are multiple entries, each with the highest number of votes, all entries with this same number of votes will be moved into the Final Voting Round.
In the event that less than 10 entries progress into the Final Voting Round, the Promoter will select additional entries to move into this round. All entrants who progress to the Final Voting Round will receive a Sizzler Gift Card to the value of $50.
The Final Voting Round will be published through the Promoter’s Facebook App at 9am (AEST) on Monday 29 October 2012. At 9pm (AEST) on Sunday 4 November 2012 voting will close. At 10am (AEST) Monday 5 November 2012, the entry with the most votes will be announced as the “People’s Choice Winner” of the major prize – Free Sizzler for a Year (48 vouchers).
On the same date as the “People’s Choice Winner” is announced, the Promoter will also announce the winner of the second major prize – Free Sizzler for a Year (48 vouchers).
The prize draw will take place on Monday 5 November 2012 at 16-20 Edmondstone Street, Newmarket Qld 4051. Entrants do not need to be present.
Each winner will be notified by e-mail of their win and will be required to confirm the best
postal address to send their first month’s vouchers. During the first week of each following month, for a total of 12 months, the promoter will post an additional 4 Sizzler Grill Meal vouchers to this address. It is the responsibility of the winner to notify the Promoter in the event that their postal requirements change.
All entrants will be able to view the full winner’s list via a link on the Sizzler Australia Facebook page (the list of all finalists and winners will be hosted on the Sizzler Australia website).
Each major prize is valued at a maximum RRP of $2061.60.
All entries become property of the Promoter.
By entering this competition, you agree to be contacted by Sizzler in the future for promotional purposes, except if you Opt Out on the entry form.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
