TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Gloria Jean’s Coffees “Win a Refresher Pack” 2012 eDM Competition
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms &
Conditions of Entry.
2. The "Promoter" is Jireh International Pty Ltd of 11 Hoyle Ave, Castle
Hill NSW 2154.

Entry is only open to Australian residents who are aged 18 years and
older4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to
disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who
submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms &
Conditions of Entry.
5. Only one entry per person is permitted.
6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected
entries.
7. Promotion commences 18 October 2012 and will run until 31 October
2012, 11.59 PM (AEST).
8. The judging will be conducted at 11 Hoyle Ave, Castle Hill NSW 2154.
Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Winner will be notified via email and will be asked to supply a current
delivery address and contact number within seven (7) days. If no
contact is made by the winner within seven (7) days, the Promoter
reserves the rights to select another winner.
10. To enter, participants must submit their entry by email to
competition@gloriajeanscoffees.com.au and submit in 25 words of less
an answer to the question ‘Why would you love to be the first to try our
new mints?’
11. Entries that exceed the maximum word limit (25 words) will be
considered an invalid entry
12. The most creative entry, as judged by the Promoter, will win. Winning
entry will be judged on merit, creativity and likeability.
13. Entrants guarantee on submission that the contents of the
comment/entry will not be obscene or defamatory.
14. By entering, the entrant agrees that Gloria Jean’s Coffees™ can use
entry materials for any promotional purposes.
15. There will be one (1) winner at the conclusion of promotion period. The
winner will receive:
• Ten (10) packs of the new Gloria Jean’s Coffees Mints (five (5)
peppermint flavour and five (5) spearmint flavour)
• Ten (10) $5 Gloria Jean’s Coffees Gift Certificates
• One (1) Gloria Jean’s Coffees yellow Cold Sipper Cup
16. The value of the prize is $99.45 RRP. Promoter accepts no
responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prizes or any unused
portion of a prize are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be
taken as cash.
17. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if for any reason this
competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not
limited to) because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering,
unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes
beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the
administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this
competition. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to
disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, to
cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
18. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical
malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line sy e, or
any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or
damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or
resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this
competition. stems, servers, or providers, computer equipment,
software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at
any web sit
19. Any costs associated with accessing the Gloria Jean’s Coffees™
competition is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the
Internet service provider used.
20. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever
which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential
loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of
any entrant participating in this promotion or accepting any of the
prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
21. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster the
Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
promotion.
22. The Promoter shall not be liable for any merchandise that has been
lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
23. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the
promotional database and not at the time of transmission by the
entrant.
24. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also
agrees that the Promoter may use this information, in any media for
future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any
further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant,
including sending the entrant electronic messages. A request to
access, update or correct any information should be directed to the
Promoter at their address set out below.
25. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness,
image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (incl. photograph,
film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period
of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this
competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products
manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
26. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of
age, identity and residency at the nominated prize delivery address.
