3. The promotion commences at 10:00am AEDST on 12 November 2012 and will
run until 10:00pm AEDST on 25 November 2012, or until all prizes are given away, whichever occurs first (Promotional Period).

pen to Australian residents who fulfil the entry requirements. Entrants must be at least 18 years old or must
have the consent of their parent(s) or guardian to enter the promotion and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must
read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further
agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
5. Employees, directors, management, licensees and contractors of the Promoter, its related companies and agencies
associated with the promotion, the immediate families of the above listed persons, and the retailers of and suppliers to the

6. To enter the promotion, entrants must, during the Promotional Period:

b. “like” the official Australia Post Facebook page at
www.facebook.com/australiapost; c. register for the Pass the Parcel promotion by accessing the Pass the Parcel Facebook Application (Application) and
entering their contact details on the competition registration form; and
d. play the Pass the Parcel game on the Application.
7. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant‟s identity,
age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms
and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion.
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
8. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be accepted for lost, late,
illegible or misdirected entries.
9. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with
entry requirements; and (b) a maximum of one (1) entry per person per day is permitted.

10. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine

13. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a gift card are not included. Any unused balance of a gift card will not be
awarded as cash. Redemption of a gift card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on
the gift card.
14. Mobile phone prizes are the handset only. The winners will be responsible for making all arrangements for connection
with a service provider and payment of all associated connection, access and call charges.
15. If a winner of a prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or
guardian on the winner‟s behalf.
16. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize
(or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a
regulatory authority.

The maximum total prize pool is valued at up to $8,860.40 .Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable
or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
18. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place at 2:00pm AEDST on 27 February 2013 at Anisimoff Legal, Suite 3, Erina
Plaza, 210 The Central Coast Highway Erina, NSW 2250, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if

19. Entry into the promotion is deemed approval to use a winner‟s name(s) and photograph(s) for publicity purposes.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including
photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of
promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products and/or services supplied by the Promoter.
20. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any
reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised
intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to
disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or

21. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant‟s responsibility and is dependent on the

23. Printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud
or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured. Any

24. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory
consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its
respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or
damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the
