TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid. To enter, complete the data fields within this Facebook application and click “submit.”
2. CONTEST ADMINISTRATOR: Diversified Exhibitions & The Good Food & Wine Show hereafter referred to as The Promoter.
3. CONTEST PERIOD: Friday Prize Days begins once a month on a Friday at 12:01:00 am AEST, and ends on the fourth week on a Thursday at 23:59pm AEST. Winners will be announced within 7 days after each contest is announced and a new contest will be announced at the same time.
4. The prize promotion is only open to residents of Australia, aged 18 years or over each of whom will hereafter be referred to as The Participant. Only one entry per person is permitted. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. That information MUST match the information listed in the Facebook profile of the participant.
5. The prize must be taken as offered. No cash equivalent or other alternative prize are available in whole or in part except as provided for in these terms and conditions.
6. All prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
7. The Promoter shall use reasonable effort to contact the winner(s) through the means specified in these terms and conditions. If the Promoter is unable to contact any winner within a reasonable period of such a winner having been selected, or if any winner is unable for whatever reason to accept the prize, or does not respond to communication from the Promoter within 7 days of receipt thereof, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
8. The winner agrees to have their name published on the Good Food and Wine Facebook page to announce them as the winner.
9. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize promotion.
