Conditions of Entry
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Australian residents.3. Entry to competitions commence the 1st of each month and closes on the last date of each month at 11:45pm AEST ("Promotional Period"). Competition dates for 2012 are as follows;

December 294. To enter the competition entrants must:
a. Visit the Deep Heat and ICE Facebook page (
www.facebook.com/DeepHeat&ICE) and ‘like’
the page. To like the Facebook page this involves clicking the ‘like’ button on the Deep
Heat and ICE Facebook page.

Answer the question the competition requests.5. Entrants warrant and agree that, without limitation;
a. They will not submit any material (including without limitation, the entry itself, images, answers
to questions, posts or comments and whether on the Deep Heat and ICE Facebook page or
elsewhere in relation to this competition or any entrant or entry) (“Content”) that is unlawful or
fraudulent or that may be in breach of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights,
defamatory, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, sexually inappropriate, politically incorrect,
violent, abusive, harassing, threatening, racist, ageist, sexist, objectionable with respect to
religion, origin or gender, not suitable for children under 15, or otherwise unsuitable for
publication;
b. they will only submit Content which they have personally created or have the right to submit
c. their entry will not contain viruses or cause injury or harm to any person or entity;
d. they have the approval of all parents and/or legal guardians if a child is depicted in the entry
e. they will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation, those
governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others'
computer or communication systems
f. they have the full authority to grant the Promoter the rights referred to in this document; and
g. they will indemnify the Promoter against all costs and claims by third parties arising from a breach
of the warranties contained in this document.
6. Entrants agree:
a. they are fully responsible for the Content which they submit. The Promoter may, in its sole
discretion, determine whether an entry will be posted, or remain posted on its websites. The
Promoter reserves the right to vet or remove any Content at any time in its absolute discretion.
However, The Promoter is not responsible for any Content uploaded to the site and visitors to the
site view it at their own risk. Notwithstanding any decision by the Promoter to post Content on its
website, the terms and warranties set out in these Conditions of Entry continue to apply
b. The Promoter reserves the right to remove any content from the Deep Heat and ICE Facebook
page without prior notice in its sole discretion, including if properly notified that such material
infringes on another’s intellectual property rights.
7. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants. Promoter’s
decision in relation to all aspects of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes
8. There will be 9 competitions conducted; 1 competition per month for 9 months.9. Each month the winning entrant who submits the best caption to accompany our posted photo, will
receive a Deep Heat and ICE pack to the retail value of $250 (contents of pack may vary), as well as
$200 which will be in the form of a cheque.10. All prizes will be delivered via registered post within three weeks of the draw.
Selection of Winners
11. The winning entry is chosen based on the answer that best fits the question the competition
requests.
12. The maximum number of entries per entrant is one (1).
13. Any change in the value of the prizes occurring between the date of these terms and conditions and
the date the prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the Promoter.
14. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to
substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification,
subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
15. If for any reason the competitions are not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to
tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter
which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this
competition, the Promoter reserve the right in its sole discretion, subject to any written directions
given by any relevant authority in each State and Territory, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend
the competition.
16. Entrants who submit photos consent to Mentholatum using any photographs for the purposes of any
advertising and promotion of the Promoter and its products. Such advertising and promotion may
include alteration of photographs to include Deep Heat or Mentholatum ICE branding. All photographs
and any related rights, including without limitation any intellectual property rights, become the
property of the Promoter.
17. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entries from, and prohibit further participation
in this competition by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry
process or with the operation of the competition or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a
disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
18. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed,
illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries or correspondence whether due to error, omission,
alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction or otherwise.
20. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event
they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an
unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any
outcome), and promoting any products and/or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by
the Promoter.
21. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this
purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors,
service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.
22. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is
dependent on the Internet service provider used.
