I couldn't see anything to indicate that these terms cannot be published due to copyright as per so many Channel 9/msn comps but please advise me if you see it so I can delete, thanks.

Terms & Conditions
1. Variables
1.1 Resident of: Australia only.
1.2 Minimum age: 18.
1.3 Start time: 12pm (noon) Sydney time
1.4 Start date: Friday 30 th November 2012
1.5 Closing time: 11:59pm Sydney time
1.6 Closing date: Monday 31 December 2012
1.7 Judging time: 12pm (noon) Sydney time
1.8 Judging date: Tuesday 8 January 2013
1.9 The names of the winner and their State/Territory  will appear on http://wwos.ninemsn.com.au/toyotaaccess between Wednesday 9th January 2013 and Wednesday 16th January 2013
2. Prize
2.1 The Prize includes;
(a) Return economy airfares between the winner’s closest Australian capital city and London for 2 people over 18 years of age (departing Australia on 15 July 2013 and arriving back in Australia on 25 July 2013 however flight schedule is subject to change at the Promoter’s discretion) (valued up to of $6400);
(b) Return private car transfers between London airport and London
accommodation  (valued up to $300);
(c) A 7-night holiday cricket test package to London (total package valued at
$17,420) and package includes:
(i) seven (7) nights’ accommodation in a twin occupancy room in a 5 star
hotel including breakfast daily (check in on  16 July 2013 and check
out on 23 July 2013);
(ii) two (2) London Travel Passes for transport to and from the cricket
each day of the 4 days of scheduled cricket play;;
(iii) 4-day corporate hospitality package for two people to a cricket test
match in London 18-21 July 2013 (includes tickets, breakfast, morning
tea, lunch and afternoon tea with beverages included);
(iv) tickets for two people to attend one day of a cricket test match in
London on 22 July 2013 (no dining or corporate hospitality included
on this 5th day); and
(v) two invitations to a test match dinner at Grosvenor House Park Lane
on 20 July 2013 including dinner, beverages, entertainment and guest
speakers;
(d) Two adult tickets to an official Tour of Lords, subject to availability during the
dates of travel (approx 1.5hrs duration) (valued at $50);
(e) AUD$2500 spending money to be paid to the winner by cheque or via EFT to
the winner’s nominated account; (valued at $2500); and
(f) Travel insurance for the winner and their travel guest (based on both
travellers being 18-49 years of age with no pre-existing medical conditions
requiring cover (valued at $330).
The total value of the Prize is $27,000
The total value of the Prize Pool is $27,000
2.2 The prize does not include:
transfers in Australia (including without limitation, transport to and from the winner’s
closest capital city airport), passports, visas, meals, spending money, insurance 
(unless otherwise indicated), taxes not included in the price of the ticket, ground
transportation or any other costs of a personal nature not stated above in condition
2.1. Any applicable taxes/surcharges/fees relating to flights are included as part of
the prize.
2.3 The Prize must be taken as offered and in accordance with Promoter’s directions. The
Major Prize is not transferrable, not exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash.
Flights and accommodation are subject to booking and availability.
2.4 The Prize Winner and travelling companion are responsible for ensuring that they
have all the necessary documents to travel to the United Kingdom (including a
current passport and any visas that may be required).
2.5 The total maximum value of the Prize is AU$27,000.00 depending on the winners’
point of departure.
2.6 The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
2.7 All prize items are valued inclusive of GST and the Promoter takes no responsibility
for any variations in item values.  The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or
redeemable for cash.  In the event that any prize item is unavailable, the Promoter
reserves the right to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value.  Any taxes
(other than GST, if any) which may be payable as a consequence of a winner
receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
3. Who may enter
The only persons who may enter and be awarded prizes are residents of the place specified
in Condition 1.1, who have attained the age specified in Condition 1.2 (if an age is specified
in that condition), who are not (i) employees of, or contractors to, the Promoter or any of its
agencies or companies involved with this competition (including Prize Sponsor), or (ii)
members of the immediate family of such employees and contractors.
"Immediate family" means spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and
sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same
household as the employee/contractor.
4. Entrants bound by conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions.
5. How to enter
To enter, entrants must:
(a) Read and accept these terms and conditions;

including;

6. Selection of winner
6.1 At the time and date specified in Conditions 1.7 and 1.8, the judges will choose the
one (1) winner. The winner will be the entrant who has submitted a valid entry that is
judged to be the most creative, humorous and original response to the question
asked in Condition 5.
6.2 This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each entry
will be individually judged based on its originality and the literary and creative merit
of the answer to the question provided. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect
of the promotion will be final and binding on every person who enters. No
correspondence will be entered into.
6.3 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which,
in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, including but not
limited to profanity, nudity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or
defamatory images or language.
6.4 Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid
7. Special conditions of entry
7.1 All entries must be:
a. the original independent creation of the entrant;
b. owned by the entrant; and
a. free of any claims, including copyright or trademark claims by other parties.

7.2 Entries must not:
a. have been published previously;
b. have won prizes or awards in other competitions;
c. be restricted in any way; or
d. infringe any third party rights.

7.3 It is a condition of the awarding of each prize that the winner must, if requested to
do so by the Promoter, sign and return any Affirmation of Eligibility to Enter,
Ownership of Entry, and Release and Compliance statements provided to the winner
by the Promoter. The failure to return the signed statements will result in the
entitlement to the prize being forfeited and the selection of another winner.
7.4 The Promoter and the Prize Sponsor are each entitled to use any of the entries
submitted, in any manner and for any purpose in their absolute discretion, including
using the entries for future promotional,
marketing and publicity purposes and use within the public viewing gallery on the
Website. The Promoter and the Prize Sponsor are each entitled to amend, edit,
select, crop, retouch, add to or delete from any part of the submitted entry, in their
sole discretion.
7.5 As a condition of entry, each entrant acknowledges that their entry may be published
in any media worldwide (including on the internet and within various titles from the
Promoter and/or Prize Sponsor), either with or without the entrant’s name. By
entering, each entrant consents to each of the Promoter and the Prize Sponsor
making such use and treatment of their entry which would otherwise (without this
consent) infringe the entrant’s moral rights under the Copyright Act. 
7.6 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and
entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to
disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these
Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the
Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of
those rights.
8. Limitations on entry
8.1 There is no limit to the number of entries per person, subject to the following:
a. each entry must be substantially unique; and
b. each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry
requirements.

9. Duration
This competition starts at the Sydney time and date specified in Conditions 1.3 and 1.4.
Entries must be received by the Sydney time and date specified in Conditions 1.5 and 1.6.
10. Conditions of travel and prize acceptance
10.1 If the winner may select any travel companion that is aged 18 years old or over. 
10.2 The winner is responsible for their entry, and the entry of their guest, into England
and all countries en route. This includes but is not limited to the holding of any
necessary passports and visas.
10.3 No compensation will be payable if the winner or their guests is unable to use the
prize as stated for whatever reason, including denial of entry into England or any
other country. Any part of the prize which is not taken for any reason is forfeited.
10.4 The travel suppliers, including the airline and accommodation, will be chosen by the
Promoter.
10.5 Terms and conditions of the travel insurance provided by SureSave Pty Limited ABN
82 137 885 262, AR 339902 is an Authorised Representative of Cerberus Special Risks
Pty Limited ABN 81 115 932 173, AFS Licence No 308461 (this insurance is
underwritten by certain underwriters at Lloyd's) will be available to the winner and
their travel guest.  The travel insurance policy for the winner and the travel
companion included in the Prize is Comprehensive Plan (Age 01 - 49 Years Family),
with a Policy Excess $0.00 for 11 days travel duration to a Region 3 destination).
10.6 Travel must be completed by 26 July 2013.
10.7 By Friday 8 February 2013 the winner must:
a. finalise with the Promoter (or the  Promoter’s representative)the travel
booking for themself and their travel companion;.;.
b. provide to the Promoter with:
(i) the winner’s full name and date of birth (exactly as it appears
on their passport that will be used for the travel);
(ii) the travel companion’s full name and date of birth exactly as it
appears on their passport that will be used for the travel)(iii) Failure to comply with this clause will result in an automatic
forfeit of the Prize.
Failure to comply with this condition will result in an automatic forfeit of the
Prize.
10.8 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for variations in the prize value. The
components of the prize may alter for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control.
10.9 The components of the prize must be taken together as a single trip to be booked
by the Promoter and cannot be separated into different travel elements or holiday
vacations.
10.10 Any part of the prize that is not taken for any reason is forfeited.
10.11 Travel and accommodation is for the winner and their guest  travelling together. The
winner and their guest must depart from the same Australian capital city on the
same flight.
10.12 The prize cannot be exchanged for other travel or accommodation at other
destinations.
10.13 Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize.
10.14 The prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the respective products
and services which constitute the prize.
10.15 The winner may be required to present a credit card at the time of accommodation
check-in.
10.16 Once the booking is confirmed, no changes to the booking are allowed, unless
otherwise authorised by the Promoter in its absolute discretion and if changes are
permitted they may incur a fee of $150 including GST plus supplier charges, which is
payable by the winner
10.17 The winner and their guests may be required to sign a liability waiver form to receive
the prize. Failure by the winner or the travel companion to sign the liability waiver
form may result in the winner forfeiting the prize.
10.18 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner and their guests comply with
all the conditions of use of the prize (including all elements comprising the prize)
and the requirements of each prize supplier.
10.19 In the event that an element of the prize is cancelled or postponed (such that the
winner cannot use that postponed element) for any reason, the winner forfeits the
specified element and no cash alternative offer will be granted in lieu of the
cancelled or postponed part of the prize. 11. No quality, etc, representations/exclusion of liability
11.1 The Promoter:
a. makes no representations or warranties as to the
quality/suitability/merchantability of any of the goods/services offered as prizes;
b. accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to prizes in transit;
c. accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected registrations; and
d. is not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for any loss suffered or sustained,
to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential
(including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or
negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the
arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any
person to the prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons
accompanying the winner.
11.2 If the prize involves entry to an event and/or transport and accommodation, the
winner and his or her guests must sign and return any liability release provided by
the Promoter and/or its contractors as a condition of the prize being awarded.
11.3 Clause 11 does not affect, and is not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might
have, which are not able to be excluded under applicable Australian consumer
protection laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter
or its servant or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the
cost of having the prize supplied again.
12. Winner notification and publication
12.1 The Winner will be notified by a phone call on Wednesday 9 January 2013 and by an
email advising the Winner of their Prize along with a Prize Acceptance Form will be
sent using the contact details provided in their entry.  The winner’s name and
State/Territory will be published as specified in Condition 1.9.
12.2 As a condition of accepting the prize, the Winner must complete and return the Prize
Acceptance Form by post, fax or email to the Prizing Agency by (5pm Sydney time)
on Wednesday 23 January 2013 in accordance with the instructions provided in that
notification phone call and email.  Failure to complete and return the Prize
Acceptance Form by this time will result in forfeiture of the entire Prize and the prize
will be allocated to the entry judged to be the next best entry.   
13. Use of Headings
13.1 Headings and subheadings are inserted for convenience only and shall not be
used to interpret the text of these conditions in any way adverse to an interpretation
in favour of the Promoter..14. Ownership of entries
14.1 All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter.
14.2 The Promoter reserves the right to use the content of winning and runners-up
entries for the purpose of future promotions.
14.3 If the Entrant wishes to receive information about Toyota Australia news, events and
offers (including via electronic means) from Toyota Australia, they can tick the opt-in
box located on the Website entry page. In using the personal information of the
Entrants who opt-in for the purposes set out above, Toyota Australia may disclose
the information to Toyota Australia dealers, its related bodies corporate, agencies
and contractors (including call centres, advertising agencies and direct mail houses).
A copy of Toyota Australia's privacy policy can be viewed at www.toyota.com.au. To
request access to, or to update personal information Toyota Australia may hold
about them, Entrants can contact the office of Toyota Australia via
www.toyota.com.au (an administrative fee may be imposed to access personal
information).
15. Internet
15.1 If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including
infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud,
technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which
corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of
this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify
any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify
or suspend the competition.
15.2 The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption,
deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure,
theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.
15.3 The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any
telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer
equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on
account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any
Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's
or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or
downloading any materials in this competition.
15.4 CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR THE
INFORMATION ON A WEBSITE, OR TO OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE
OPERATION OF THIS COMPETITION, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL
LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, WHETHER SUCCESSFUL OR NOT, THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT
PERMITTED BY LAW.
16. LIABILITY, INDEMNITY AND RELEASE
16.1 In consideration for the Promoter accepting the Entrant’s entry, the Entrant releases
and forever discharges the Promoter from all claims that the Entrant may have or
may have had but for this release arising from or in connection with any entrant’s
participation in this promotion; the Winner’s acceptance and use of the Prize, and
the Winner’s guest’s acceptance and use of the Prize.
16.2 The entrant indemnifies and holds harmless the Promoter to the extent permitted by
law in respect of any claim by any person (including but not limited to other entrants
in the promotion), arising as a result of or in connection with the entrant’s
participation in the promotion.
16.3 In this Condition 16, “all claims” means and includes any action, suit, proceeding,
claim, demand, damage, penalty, cost or expense however arising.
