Conditions of Entry - ICE AGE: Continental Drift 1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of the Conditions of Entry. 2. Entry is free and open to all residents of Australia, 18 years and over, with a current Civic Video membership (“Members”). Employees and their immediate families of the promoter, participating outlets, associated companies and its agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter. The promoter is Civic Video Pty Ltd (67 003 851 152) 110 Bourke Rd Alexandria NSW 2015. 3. The competition commences Wednesday, 28th November 2012 and ends Monday, 31st December 2012 at 4pm. The winners will be drawn at Civic Video Pty Ltd 110 Bourke Rd, Alexandria NSW 2015 on Monday, 14th January 2013. 4. Limit one entry per rental or purchase transaction of “ICE AGE: Continental Drift”. Entry must be on the original entry form provided by the store or via the official competition page on the Civic Video website at
www.civicvideo.com.au. Proof of purchase must be presented to claim the prize if the winner declares purchase as validation for entry. 5. To enter customers must rent or buy “ICE AGE: Continental Drift” during the promotion period (Wednesday, 28th November 2012 to Monday, 31st December 2012) at any Civic store, complete the entry form at the counter and place it in the draw, or enter online at
www.civicvideo.com.au. 6. The first 40 valid entries drawn will win 1 of 40 Little Chefs Limited Edition Soft Scoops Ice Cream Makers and Ice Age 1,2,3 & 4 Blu-Ray disc set. valued at $99.90 each (RRP). 7. The next 100 valid entries drawn will win 1 of 100 Ice Age 1,2,3 & 4 Blu-Ray disc set. valued at $59.95 each (RRP). 8. Total prize pool is valued at $9991 (RRP). 9. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or sustained as a result of the prize. 10. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding to any person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. 15. The promoter may use the entrants’ names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. This may include a certificate displayed in the winner’s nominated store and/or “loop disc” announcement of the winner(s) and/or subscription to our electronic newsletter.
