The Everyday Rewards Woolworths Tamworth Win One of Two Acoustic Guitars Offer (the "Promotion") is a promotion
conducted under the other Benefits component of the Everyday Rewards Program.
1. Information on how to enter the Promotion and a description of the prizes that may be won in the Promotion form part of
these Terms & Conditions of Entry. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of
Entry. Entries not complying with these Terms & Conditions of Entry are ineligible and the Promoter reserves its absolute
right to disqualify any Cardholder from the Promotion if any entries do not comply with these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
2. The Promotion is open to all Woolworths customers who shop at the Woolworths Tamworth Supermarket and have
Registered for the Everyday Rewards Program at everydayrewards.com.au (the “Website”), by telephoning the
Customer Service Centre on 1300 10 1234 (the “Call Centre”), or by completing and returning the Everyday Rewards
Registration Form to the address specified on the Registration Form. Entry into the Promotion is free. Directors,
management and employees of Salmat Digital Pty Ltd and its agencies directly associated with this Promotion are
ineligible to enter.
These Terms & Conditions of Entry will be displayed on woolworths.com.au and available at Woolworths Tamworth
Supermarket at the commencement of the Promotion.
3. Definitions within this Promotion:
Card means an Everyday Rewards Card issued by the Promoter as part of the Everyday
Rewards Program
Cardholder means a person who holds an Everyday Rewards Card, and who is registered according
to the Everyday Rewards Program database.
Participating Supermarket means the Woolworths Tamworth supermarket promoting the Everyday Rewards
program, located at Cnr William and Denne Streets, Tamworth NSW 2340
Promotion means the Everyday Rewards Woolworths Tamworth Win One of Two Acoustic Guitars
Offer governed by these Terms & Conditions of Entry and conducted as a promotion
under the Other Benefits component of the Everyday Rewards Program.
Promotional Period means 07:00am AEDST on 21 November 2012 to 23:59 AEDST on 04 December 2012.

Registered means that all mandatory Cardholder information has been correctly completed in the
legal name of the Cardholder, according to the Everyday Rewards database.NSW Template
4. Entries for the prize draw close on Tuesday, 04 December 2012, during the Promotional Period, at 23:59pm AEDST.
5. To enter the Promotion, a Cardholder must present and swipe their Card before paying for their purchases of $50 or more
at Woolworths Tamworth Supermarket during the Promotional Period. One entry will be recorded for each purchase
transaction; a maximum of one entry per Card will be recorded for any transactions within a single calendar day. This offer
excludes gift cards and selected services from the qualifying amount. In New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory,
Queensland, Tasmania, Northern Territory, Western Australia and South Australia, “Smoking / Tobacco” product
purchases are excluded from entry, by law.
6. Breaking a single transaction into multiple amounts for use with one or more Cards is not permitted, and will void all
Promotion entries attributable to such Cardholders.
7. The prize winner will be determined by an automated random draw of all valid entries. The prize draw will take place at
12:00pm AEDST on the Tuesday of the following week, the draw being 11 December 2012. The prize draws will take
place at Salmat Digital Pty Ltd, Level 2, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney, 2060 NSW.
8. The first two valid entries randomly drawn will be the winners. The prize winners will be contacted in writing within 7 days
of the draw and their name and state will be published on woolworths.com.au on 18 December 2012. If the winning entry
is invalid, that entry will be discarded and the prize will be awarded by randomly drawing another entry in accordance with
these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
9. There are 2 prize packages to be won. Each prize package comprises of a Tanglewood tw40dane acoustic/electric guitar
in a hardcase valued at $1000 each.. The Total Prize pool value is $2000 available to Cardholders shopping at
Woolworths Tamworth Supermarket with a registered Card. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be
redeemed for cash.
All prize values quoted are correct as at 31/10/2012 and will be awarded regardless of any price changes. The winner
should look to the manufacturer of products awarded as prizes for all product warranties.
Subject to the approval process required by any relevant gaming or lotteries authority, in the event that any prize item is
unavailable despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavors to procure within Australia, the promoter reserves the right to
substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value.
10. If a winner does not claim their prize within 3 months from the date of determination of that winner, their entry will be
deemed invalid and the Promoter may conduct such further draws as necessary subject to regulatory authority. The
unclaimed prize draw will take place on 12 March 2013 at 12:00pm AEST at Salmat Digital Pty Ltd, Level 2, 116 Miller
Street, North Sydney, 2060 NSW. If in the case of an unclaimed prize draw, the winner will be contacted in writing within 7
days of the draw and their name and state will be published on woolworths.com.au on 19 March 2013.NSW Template
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning of the prizes. Independent
financial advice should be sought.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify all entries from any Cardholder who is in breach of the Terms & Conditions
of Entry or the Terms and Conditions of the Everyday Rewards Program or who manipulates, seeks to manipulate or
benefits from manipulating, the entry process or the Promotion.
13. The Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss (including but
not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including without
limitation to that caused by any person's negligence) relating to the Promotion or the awarding or taking of the prizes
except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable
by law).
14. The Promoter may use any personal information that a Cardholder has provided to it as part of the Everyday Rewards
Program for the purpose of running the Promotion, and also in advertisements, publications, media statements and other
promotional material associated with the Promotion. For purposes of public statements and advertisements the Promoter
will only publish the winner’s surname, initial, state and Participating Supermarket location. The Promoter may disclose
the information for those purposes to its related bodies corporate and contractors. Unless the Cardholder has opted-out of
communication within their Registration, the Promoter may use personal information a Cardholder has provided to send
the Cardholder information about Woolworths' products and services (including via electronic means), and may disclose
the information to its related bodies corporate, agencies and contractors (including call centers, advertising agencies and
direct mail houses) the Promoter engages for that purpose. In most cases you can gain access to your personal
information by contacting the General Manager Corporate Services, Woolworths Limited, PO Box Q70, QVB, Post Shop
Sydney 1230 or phone the Woolworths Privacy Helpline on 1300 134 802. The Promoter is bound by the National
Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act (Cth) 1988. A copy of the Promoter's privacy policy can be viewed at the
Website. To request access to, or to update, personal information the Promoter holds about them, entrants can contact
the Promoter in writing at Everyday Rewards, PO Box 8000, Baulkham Hills NSW 2153.
15. In the event there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and no
correspondence will be entered into.
