1. Information on prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry.
2. The Promoter is the Queensland Performing Arts Trust, ABN 13 967 571 128, of Queensland Cultural Centre, South Bank Qld 4101.
3. Entry is open to all Queensland residents excluding directors, management and employees of the Promoter and any agencies, firms and/or companies associated with the Competition (including suppliers of the prize) and their immediate families. One entry only per subscriber.
4. The competition closes Midnight Thursday 13 December 2012. Entries received after this closing date will not be accepted.
5. The winner(s) will be randomly drawn from eligible entries.
6. The winning entrant(s) will be notified by email.
7. No responsibility will be taken for any lost, damaged, or misdirected entry forms.
8. All entries become the property of the Promoter and may be entered into a database and used for the Promoter's marketing, promotional and publicity purposes. The Promoter respects your privacy rights and will only use your personal information as indicated. You may request access at any time to personal information held by the Promoter about you.
9. Subject to any applicable laws which cannot be excluded, Queensland Performing Arts Trust, will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss), arising either directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the prize or the promotion.
10. The prize is not redeemable for cash, not transferable to any other person, and cannot be exchanged for vouchers except as provided in these terms and conditions.
11. The prize is valid for up to 4 people at 8:30pm on Monday 31st December 2012 in a VIP gondola.
12. The Wheel will constantly rotate for the duration of the fireworks, please be aware the ride may last up to 45 minutes.
13. No food or drink is permitted on the Wheel
14. A letter will be sent to the winner with precise details on claiming the prize.
