Facebook Competition Terms and Conditions

Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
The promotion commences at 5pm AEST on 19th December 2012 and ends at 5pm AEST on 9th January 2013.
Entry is open only to Australian residents over the age of 14. Entry is not open to Guvera staff or family members.
Eligible entrants will automatically receive one admission into the promotion when they “like” the Guvera Facebook page and complete their entry in answer to the competition requirement of “In 50 words or less, write a verse for your very own Blink-182 anthem.” Multiple entries are allowed as long as the 'post' content is different.
The winner will be picked based on their submission's relevance and creativity in response to the promotion requirement “In 50 words or less, write a verse for your very own Blink-182 anthem.”
The judging will take place at 6.00pm AEST on 9th January 2013 at the offices of Guvera Australia. Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winners will be notified via email within 24 hours of the draw date.
The winner has 24 hours to claim their prize. If unclaimed, the entries will be re-judged and a new winner will be announced.
There will be one prize. The winning entry will receive 2 x tickets to the Brisbane leg of the Blink-182 concert on February 22nd 2013, 2 x return flights from the winner’s nearest capital city, 1 night’s accommodation in a 5 star hotel for 2 and a 2 x year’s subscription to GuveraPlatinum. Total prize pool value up to $1,500.
Guvera will take no responsibility if the prize winner's contact details are incorrect or incomplete and the prize winner cannot be contacted.
The prize will be sent to the Prize Winner within 1 week of the draw date. Guvera will cover all postage costs and will take no responsibility for prizes damaged in transit.
Guvera reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
The name of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by Guvera, unless a winner otherwise notifies Guvera at the time of accepting their prize. Eligible Entrants consent to Guvera using personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and awarding any prizes.
