http://www.spottherisk.com (the "Prize Draw Website"), follow the online instructions to play the 'Spot the Risk' game. Once the game is completed, you will receive a score and will need to provide all required registration information of name, company, email address, country, agree to the Official Rules and click on the submit button to earn one entry into the Prize Draw ("Entry). Use of computer programs and other automatic means to enter Prize Draw is prohibited. Normal Internet access and phone/usage charges imposed by your online/phone service may apply and shall be the entrants' sole responsibility, if applicable. The computer clock of Sponsor's webmaster is the official timekeeping device of the Prize Draw.

RANDOM DRAWINGS:
There will be 13 weekly winners selected (one per week) in weekly random drawings from a pool of the top 10% scores (based on correct answers and speed of completing the game) received from each week during the Prize Draw Period as described in detail below.For purposes of this Prize Draw, the weekly random drawing Entry period is defined as each Saturday at 12:00:00 am GMT through each Friday at 11:59:59 pm GMT with the exception being the last week of the Prize Draw. The last week's random drawing Entry period will begin at 12:00:00 am GMT on Saturday February 23, 2013 and end at 11:59:59 pm GMT on Thursday, February 28, 2013. Eligible Entries received will be entered into the weekly random drawing for the week the Entry was received as well as any subsequent weekly drawings, if any. Random drawings will be conducted by Sponsor whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Prize Draw. PRIZES AND ACTUAL RETAIL VALUE ("ARV): Weekly Prize Winners (13 - one per week) will receive a 200 USD Sponsor-specified gift card from Target, Amazon.com, Coles Group & Myer or a chosen substitution of equal or greater value, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (ARV: 200 USD each). Prizes are nontransferable. Limit one (1) prize per person during the Prize Draw Period. GENERAL RULES: If a winner is a Canadian resident, he/she must answer an unaided, time-limited arithmetic skill-testing question as a condition to receiving a prize.
