There will be one Prize with a maximum value of $4600 (total maximum prize pool is $4600). The Prize must be taken prior to 28 February 2014 excluding public holidays. Redemption of the Prize will be the responsibility of the Winner and is subject to supplier availability at the time of booking. The Winner must book all components of the Prize with a representative of the Promoter. The Prize is strictly non-transferable, non-negotiable and may not be replaced or refunded. Any changes, add-ons and additional costs associated with using the Prize (including but not limited to additional accommodation, insurance, transfers, spending money & booking changes) are the responsibility of the Winner. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize. If the Promoter is unable to provide the Winner with the nominated Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value, subject to any direction of a lottery authority. If the Winner does not accept any element of the Prize, the Promoter is not obliged to provide the Winner with a substitute prize.
