1. Introduction
1.1 These general contest rules apply to all CLOTHINGFORKIDS.COM.AU contestants.
1.2 No purchase or payment is necessary to enter CLOTHINGFORKIDS.COM.AU contest, although you are required to “like” the CFK AUSTRALIA Facebook page and fill out the contest form in order to enter the contest.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be an Australian resident/citizen
2.2 Employees of CFK AUSTRALIA (
www.clothingforkids.com.au) are not eligible to enter this contest.
2.3 There is no age limit for entry into this contest.
2.4 All decisions of CFK AUSTRALIA (
www.clothingforkids.com.au) will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
2.5 Please note all prizes will be sent to the registered winner in the registered winners name.
2.6 Only one entry per person is allowed.
3. Prizes
3.1 All prizes must be redeemed with 3 months from the date of winning, unclaimed prizes will be deemed null and void. CFK AUSTRALIA (
www.clothingforkids.com.au) will not notify winners of the time remaining. It is the sole responsibility of the winners to redeem their prize.
3.2 All prizes are redeemable via email sent to
support@clothingforkids.com.au . (Please note winners will be notified via email and instructions will be given on how to redeem their prize)
4. Contest
4.1 CFK AUSTRALIA does not accept responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed in transit to the contest winner’s address.
4.2 A signature is required upon delivery of the products to the contest winners.
4.3 Fraudulent, ineligible or incorrect entries will not be accepted (at the absolute digression of CFK AUSTRALIA)
4.4 Promotion will be drawn at 9am 14/02/2013 – prize winners are picked randomly and will be notified via email the day of the draw.
