For over 20 years Sydney Seafood School has been teaching people how easy it is to prepare our wonderful selection of seafood. Now, for the first time, over 80 delicious recipes by leading chefs, together with tips and techniques have been brought together in one book.
Our Chef and his Kikkoman Kitchens team will be the judges, and maybe even publish some of the best recipes in our newsletter!

Tell us in 25 words or less what you favourite seafood recipe is using our Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce or any of our marinadeTerms & Conditions Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of and agreement to these terms and conditions.
Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand and are 18 years of age or older, except employees and contractors of Kikkoman Australia Pty Ltd, their agencies or any member of their immediate family.
The competition commences at 12.00am (EST) on 1st February 2013 and closes at 11.59pm (EST) on 15th February 2013.
The competition is a game of skill with chance not being part of the winner selection.
An entrant may enter a promotion by completing the entry form on the website at
http://www.kikkoman.com.au/index.php?menu=KIKKOMAN+KITCHENS&submenu=Competitions&competitionid=12 and submitting the entry form to the promoter (by selecting the "I WISH TO ENTER" button) during the promotion period (as specified in point 3).
Incomplete registrations are void. Registrations with out proof of purchase are void.
The top ten complete entries deemed to be the best response, will each win one Sydney Seafood School Cookbook valued at $50 inc GST.
The total prize pool is valued at a maximum of AUD $500.00 (including GST).
Buy entering the competition you are agreeing to receive email correspondence from Kikkoman Australia relating to the company, it’s products, recipes, events and future competitions. You may opt-out to receive this correspondence at the bottom of any emails received from Kikkoman Australia.
The promoter makes no representation or warranty as to the quality, suitability and merchantability of any of the goods or services offered as prizes, except as required by law.
Winners will be selected at 12.00pm on the 20th February 2013 at Kikkoman Australia Pty Limited, 123 Arthur Street North Sydney NSW 2060.
If necessary, a second chance selection for any unclaimed prizes will be held for at 12.00 pm (EST) on 20th March 2012 at Kikkoman Australia Pty Limited, 123 Arthur Street North Sydney NSW 2060.
Winners will be notified by email and phone during the next working week following the Draw.
The name and suburb of each winner of a Draw will be published in the next Kikkoman Australia e-club E-mail issued and on the Kikkoman.com.au website.

In the event that any prize is unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Subject to state regulation.
The promoter accepts no responsibility for any delay in delivery, or failure of safe delivery of the prize.
