Conditions of Entry
1. The “Promoter” of this offer is iSelect Health Pty Ltd (ABN 87 088 749 955) of 294 Bay Road Cheltenham VIC 3192.
2. The promotion commences at 11:00am (AEDST) on 18/02/13 and closes at 11.59pm (AEDST) on 31/03/2013 (Promotional Period).
3. Information on how to enter and all prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility and Entry
4. Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia, aged 18 years or older only (Eligible Entrant). Employees of the Promoter and their associated agencies and companies and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
5. To be eligible for the promotion, Eligible Entrants must visit the Facebook application at
www.facebook.com/iselect and complete the online entry form with their full name, email address and health insurance provider on the custom iSelect Facebook application. Once completed, Eligible Entrants will need to click “submit” to enter.
6. One (1) entry per person, per Entry Period is permitted.
7. Eligible Entrants will be eligible for an additional (1) entry if they share the competition via posting the competition to their Facebook wall, post to their Twitter account or post to Google+.
8. Eligible Entrants are not permitted to represent themselves as multiple users with different accounts or represent a fictitious person. The Promoter can disqualify any entrant with more than one Facebook account who enters. The Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to establish the identity of any entrant.
9. Eligible Entrants will be entitled to participate in each of the 6 weekly draws during the Promotional Period provided they have a valid entry during each of the Entry Periods (as set out in the table below).
10. Eligible Entrants must have a valid email address to enter the promotion.

13. There will be 6 Prize Draws and 6 Prizes (1 per Entry Period) to be given away.
14. The 6 weekly Prize Draws will take place on 25/02/13, 04/03/13, 12/03/13, 18/03/13, 25/03/13 and 02/04/13 at 11.59am (AEDST) at Level 3, Building 10, 658 Church Street Richmond VIC, 3121.
15. Each of the 6 Prize Draw winners will receive a return trip for 2 adults to Port Douglas, which comprises the following:
- Return domestic economy airfares from the winners nearest Australian capital city to Port Douglas (Cairns Airport) (including checked baggage);
- Airline and airport taxes;
- 3 nights accommodation (room only) at 5* Shantara; and
- Shuttle bus transfers between Cairns Airport and accommodation.
16. All travel is subject to availability at all times and may be dependent on selected seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with accommodation partner.
17. Travel must be taken before 02/04/2014. Block out periods includes all Australian school & public holidays along with special event periods (Australia wide).
18. All bookings and documentation regarding the prize must be made via Prize Brokers Pty Ltd ACN 135 826 747 or their agents at least 60 days prior to travel .
19. If a winner is a resident of the prize destination, or if air travel is not required to reach the prize destination, the winner will forfeit the airfare portion of the prize and no compensation will be given in lieu.
20. Redeeming the prize is conditional on acceptance of the terms and conditions of travel as detailed by Prize Brokers Pty Ltd and the relevant airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices. Airline is to be determined by the Promoter based on dates winner specifies they wish to travel. Any traveler under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
21. Winners are responsible for any amendment, flight change or other fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed. Spending money, meals, drinks, other hotel or room charges and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the travel prize package descriptions above are the responsibility of the travel prize winner and his/her nominated travelling companion as incurred.
22. It is the winner's responsibility to organise (for themselves and their nominated travelling companion) transport to and from their nearest Australian capital city when departing and returning from the holiday. Prize-winner and travel companions must have valid travel insurance for their period of travel. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination.
23. Total maximum prize pool value is $9,900.00 AUD including GST (each prize pack is valued at RRP $1,650.00 AUD. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize values are correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prizes.
24. Each weekly prize winner will be notified in writing via email within two (2) working days of the draw and names will be published on the competition website
http://www.facebook.com/iselect and in The Australian newspaper on 25/03/13 (for winners of Prize Draws 1-4) and on 09/04/2013 (for winners of Prize Draws 5 and 6) (Newspaper Publications). The prize however may be transferred to a nominated person within 28 days of the drawing of the lottery or any other period with mutual agreement between the winner and the Promoter. All prizes must be claimed and taken by the nominated persons by 02/04/2014 otherwise the winner forfeits them.
25. The Promoters’ decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
26. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity and other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the Promoter’s discretion, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way with interfering or tampering with the conduct of the promotion.
27. Prizes are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
28. If necessary, the promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same time and place as the original draws on the 02/07/13 (being at least 3 months after the date of the last draw) in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes. All non-winning entries will be included in the unclaimed prize draw. In the event of any winners in the unclaimed prize draw, the winners will be notified in writing via email within two (2) working days of the draw and their names published, on the promoters the website

29. In the event that any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the various lottery authorities.
30. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify the promotion.
31. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion. By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant. Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal information and obtain a copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy by contacting the Promoter on (03) 9827 7844 [what number is this?] during office hours.
32. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its employees, and agents shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs, and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this competition and/or its prizes or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter, its employees and agents.
