FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. By submitting an entry, all entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. All entrants will be subscribed to Tourism and Events Queensland online communications.
2. You will be entered into the “Shine in Queensland March eNews Competition” by being a current subscriber to the Queensland Holidays E-Newsletter and completing the entry form located via the competition website link specified in the March 2013 E-Newsletter. The promotion will be conducted over the period 11.00am AEST on Wednesday 27th February 2013 until 2.00pm AEST on Wednesday 13th March 2013. Participants may enter once only.
3. Employees and Directors of Tourism and Events Queensland and their immediate families are ineligible to enter the promotion. Prize winners must be at least 18 years of age and residents of Australia or New Zealand.
4. Subscribers to the E-Newsletter will be entered into a random draw for a $500 Queensland Travel Voucher provided by Flight Centre. Flight Centre voucher terms and conditions apply to travel bookings. The voucher is valid for Queensland travel only.
5. The prize winner will be selected by random manual draw. The drawing of the prize will be conducted at Tourism and Events Queensland, level 9, 30 Makerston Street, Brisbane Qld 4000 on Thursday 14th March 2013 at 9.00am. The name of the prize winner will be published on the competition website and the winner will also be notified by email. The prize winner is required to contact Tourism and Events Queensland by return email within one month of the draw to claim the prize. Should the prize not be claimed within that period, an unclaimed prize draw will occur on 14th April 2013.
6. The winner is required to advise Tourism and Events Queensland of their postal address to which the voucher can be forwarded. The voucher may be redeemed at any Flight Centre store.
7. The voucher is not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
8. Tourism and Events Queensland accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize or any variation in the prize advertised and the prize provided. Tourism and Events Queensland will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever which is sustained as a result of winning the prize.
9. By claiming the prize, the winner accepts that Tourism and Events Queensland may use the winner’s name and likeness for their promotional and publicity purposes.
