1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the
promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is
open to all residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or over at the time
of entry. Employees and their immediate families of Network TEN, the Australian
Grand Prix Corporation (AGPC) the sponsor and their associated agencies and
companies are not eligible to enter.
3. The promotion commences on Monday 4 March at 00:01 (AEDT) and
concludes on
Monday, 11 March 2013 at 8:00 (AEDT) (āPromotional Periodā).
4. This promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the prize
winners
5. Participants may enter the promotion in by completing the online entry form at
theprojecttv.com.au with the requested details including (but not limited to) telling
us in
25 words or less āwhat excites you about the 2013 Formula 1Ā® Rolex
Australian Grand Prixā along with full name, full address, phone number and email
address.
6. To be eligible to enter online, participants will be required to be a registered
member of the Network TEN website. Fraudulent memberships/entries will be
deemed invalid. Viewers may register to become a member of TEN via the website.
It is free to become a member.
7. The winners will be judged, throughout the competition period at the premises of
the Promoter. The most creative and original entry, as determined by the Promoter,
will be deemed the winners. Judges/Promoters decision is final and no
correspondence will be entered into. The five winners will be contacted by phone
and mail on Monday 11
th March.
8. All winners will be published on the winners page on the TEN competitions winners
page (
http://ten.com.au/competitions-winners.htm) and the major winner of the
Team Garage experience will be announced on The Project on Friday, March 15
th9.

Total prize valued at up to: $9900
Total prize pool valued at up to: $4950010. The winners and their companions are responsible for all other expenses including
additional spending money, meals (unless specified), drinks, transfers (unless
specified), laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, taxes (including
departure taxes unless specified), energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges,
travel insurance and all other ancillary costs. Travel insurance is highly
recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of
unforeseen circumstances. The Major Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or
redeemed for cash.
11. All winners and travelling companions must travel at the same time, must depart
from the same capital city and are responsible for transport from their residence to
their nearest capital city for flight departure.

13. Air tickets are available on the regular scheduled services of each airline and are
subject to seasonal embargos. Flight itinerary may have to be adjusted depending on
the airlines departure city and their current flight schedule. Major Prize winners are
responsible for any amendments fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is
confirmed and ticketed. Frequent Flyer points are not available from any airline.

14. All travel is subject to availability at all times and maybe dependent on select seat
class with airlines or specific room category availability with accommodation
partner.
15. It is the travellerās personal responsibility to ensure they have valid documentation,
including but not limited to valid passport and visa, which meet the requirements of
immigration and other government authorities at every destination. The winnersand companion must be in possession of a valid passport with a minimum of 6
months validity on it prior to departure. Winners are responsible for any
amendments fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and
ticketed. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such
documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole
responsibility of the travellers.
16. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winners at check-in
to the hotel, for all incidental charges. Once accommodation vouchers are issued
they are non-changeable.
17. Network TEN and the sponsor make no representation as to the safety, conditions or
other issues that may exist at any destination.
18. If a prize (or part of) becomes unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter and
the AGPC reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater
value, subject to State Regulation.
19. The Promoter and the AGPC reserves the right to refuse to allow a winners to take
part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the Promoter or the AGPC determines, in
their absolute discretion, that a winners is not in the mental or physical condition
necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting a
prize that the winners may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined
by the Promoter and the AGPC in its absolute discretion.
20. Once prizes have left the Promoterās premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility
for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit.
21.
By accepting a prize, the winners agrees to participate in and co-operate as required
with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize, including but not
limited to, being interviewed and photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned
throughout the duration of the prize. 22. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity,
proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry
validity (including phone bill) in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification,
residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the
Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winners will
forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any
entry which, in the opinion of Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity,
potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant
who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance
with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of Promoter,
engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading,
deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion
and/or Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winners if
Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winners entry is of a type
described in this clause.24. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who
the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or
engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the
fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoterās legal rights to recover
damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
25. Illegible, incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
26. In consideration for the Promoter awarding the prize to the winner, the winner
hereby permits the winners image and/or voice, as recorded, photographed or
filmed during the winners participation in the prize to appear in connection with
Network TEN and/or the Sponsor or the advertising or marketing thereof, in any
media whatsoever throughout the world and the winners will not be entitled to any
fee for such use.
27. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winners does not take an element of
the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will
be forfeited by the winners and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of
the prize.
28. Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of printing
(inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value
between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
29. Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a
result of accepting the prize.
30. Prizes will be awarded to person named in the entry.
31. Should an entrantās contact details change during the promotional period, it is the
entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any
information provided in an entry should be directed to Promoter.
32. The Promoterās decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence
regarding the promotion result.
33. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winners must comply with all the
conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplierās requirements and they may be
required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter and the AGPC
in its absolute discretion.
34. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or
significantly hinders the Promoterās ability to proceed with the promotion on the
dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not
limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil
unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion
cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions,
subject to any written directions given under State Regulation.
35. Neither the Promoter, the AGPC or the Sponsor shall be liable for any loss or damage
whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s
except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter is not
responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the phone
user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this
competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur
in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission,
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications
line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or
unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
36. The Promoter, the Sponsor and their associated agencies and companies assume no
responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in
operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or
unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any
action that may be available.
37. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due
to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud,
technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt
or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this
promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any
individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be
available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to
any written direction given under State Regulation.
38. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal
information about you to enable you to participate in this promotion but no further
use of this information will be made without prior consent.
39. Network TEN is collecting the entrant's personal information for the purpose of
conducting and promoting this competition (including but not limited to determining
and notifying winners).

41. This promotion is run in conjunction with the Australian Grand Prix Corporation,
(ABN 86 947 927 465) of Level 5, 616 St Kilda Road Melbourne VIC 3004
42. The Promoter or the AGPC will not be responsible in circumstances where the Event
is cancelled or the Event dates are re-scheduled for any reason, other than as set out
in the Conditions of Sale of tickets to the Event (available at
www.grandprix.com.auor from the Promoter). If the prize or any part of the prize becomes unavailable for
reasons beyond the Promotersā reasonable control, the Promoter will endeavour but
is not obliged to provide a substitute prize of equivalent value.
43. As a condition of accepting the prizes, the winner must sign a waiver of liability
and indemnity form as required by the Promoter or the Australian Grand Prix
Corporation44. The Promoter and the AGPC reserves the right (but has no obligation) to refuse to
allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize if the Promoter
determines, in its absolute discretion, that the winner is not in the mental or
physical condition necessary to safely participate in that aspect of the prize.
Notwithstanding any other conditions set out herein, the Promoter at all times
reserves the right to prevent any individual from participating in the prize for any
reason whatsoever. The winner also agrees to comply with these Conditions, the
Conditions of Sale and Conditions of Entry to the Event (collectively, the
Conditions) (copies of which are available at
www.grandprix.com.au or from the
Promoter, and the Conditions of Entry displayed at entrances to the Event).
45. ENTRANTS ARE REMINDED AND AGREE, ACCEPT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT
MOTOR RACING, THE EVENT AND CERTAIN ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH
THEREWITH (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PARTICIPATION IN THE PRIZE)
ARE DANGEROUS AND ACCIDENTS CAN HAPPEN. Entrants are warned that there is
a possibility of an accident causing injury, death or property damage or loss while
taking part in a prize. Participation in a prize (and taking part in the Event, where
applicable) is at the entrantās (and their companionās, where applicable) own risk.
Entrants acknowledge that the risks associated with participating in a prize (and
attending the Event, where applicable) include but are not limited to the risk of
suffering harm as a result of cars (or parts of them) colliding with other cars, persons
or property. Entrants acknowledge that participating in a prize (and entry to the
Event, where applicable) has a degree of danger and, to the extent permitted by law
(in particular the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2013 (Vic) and the
Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), hereby exclude, release and forever
discharge the Promoter, the AGPC, the Crown in right of the State of Victoria, the
Minister administering the Act, the Minister administering the Crown Land
(Reserves) Act 1978 (Vic), Federation Internationale de lāAutomobile, Formula One
World Championship Limited, Formula One Management Limited, Formula One
Licensing B.V., Formula One Asset Management Limited, Beta Prema (UK) Ltd,
Allsport Management S.A., CAMS, Parks Victoria, the State Sports Centres Trust, APP
Corporation Pty Limited (ACN 003 764 770), Event sponsors and all other persons
involved in the organisation, conduct and promotion of the Event or the prize from
all liability for claims, loss, damage, costs or expenses arising from any personal
injury or death whether arising from negligence or otherwise, arising from or
connected with participation in the prize (or part of) or attendance at the Event.
