This month at Wendys we are celebrating everything that’s Cookies & Cream – and for one lucky Yum Club member, they’ll be treated to a $200 Coles Myer Gift Card… Now that’s one spoilt cookie!

The promotion commences at 9.00am ACST on 18/03/2013 and closes at 12.00pm ACST on 28/04/2013 (“Promotional Period”). All entries received after 12.00pm ACST on 28/04/2013 will not be included in the draw.

The first creative entry chosen will be deemed the winner and receive the prize. The winner will be determined at 11.00am ACST on 11/05/2013 at 209 Fullarton Road, Eastwood SA 5063.

Prize consists of $200 Coles Myer Gift Card. Total RRP of the prize is $200. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All other ancillary costs including but not limited to travel insurance, taxes (excluding GST), meals, drinks, transfers, spending money and any other expenses are the responsibility of the Prize winner.

4. You may enter as many times as you wish but you will be only eligible to win once.

lost or misdirected entries or other communications.
11. If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may
substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the lottery
