Make Your Mum a Winner – Terms and Conditions

 

The “Make Your Mum a Winner” (Promotion) is run by Ascent Pharmaceuticals Ltd ACN 003 854 626 of 151-153 Clarendon Street, South Melbourne, Victoria 3205 (Promoter) and is governed by these terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions), The Promotion commences at 9:00am (AEST) on Monday 1 April 2013 and closes at 5:00pm (AEST) on Thursday 9 May 2013 (Promotion Period). The Promotion is only open to Australian residents who purchased any Avene skincare product from an Australian pharmacy during the Promotion Period. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible.

You will receive one (1) entry into the draw to win one of 50, 6 month magazine subscriptions if once product purchased you visit  http://avene.com.au/mothersday and tell us  (max 25 words) “ Why you want to spoil your mum this mother’s day”.

The Prize Draw will take place after the completion of the Promotion Period and no later than Friday 10 May 2013. 50 winners will be chosen based on the answers to the 25 word question.

The Promoter reserves the right to change the prizes if the quoted stock is unavailable. Winners will be announced by the Promoter via the http://avene.com.au/mothersday web page on Monday 20 May 2013.

By entering the Promotion, all winners consent to their names being published on the public website. Winners who do not claim their prize and provide all necessary contact details to the Promoter within one (1) month following the Announcement Date forfeit their prize and will have no right to make any claim against the Promoter for such forfeiture. Winners must, on request by the Promoter, produce a valid receipt showing that they have made the Required Purchase. Magazine subscription will commencement will be determined by date when valid receipt presented.

The Promoter and its related bodies corporate, associates or agents take no responsibility whatsoever for and are under no obligation to replace any Prize Pack that is damaged or lost in transit. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained by any individual in connection with this Promotion. Subject to any written directions given under applicable State or Territory legislation, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, change, add to, delete or otherwise vary in any way at any time any of the Terms and Conditions relating to the Promotion at its sole discretion and without further notification to you.
