TERMS AND CONDITIONS •Instructions on how to claim form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. •Entries are only open to Australian residents. •Competition commences on 19 April 2013 and ends on 17 May 2013. Final entries must be submitted by midnight 17 May 2013. •The Promoter is Elizabeth Ward, author of The Banishing Stones. •Elizabeth Ward accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or misdirected. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid •To enter, entrants must go online to The Banishing Stones' Facebook page, watch the book trailer and enter your name, email address and answer the following question, "What is the name of the evil wizard in The Banishing Stones?" •The first five correct entries to be drawn at random from all the entries received will each win one (1) copy of The Banishing Stones by Elizabeth Ward, RRP $28.95. The prize includes delivery within Australia. •The winning entries will be drawn on Saturday 18th May 2013 by Elizabeth Ward. This is a game of chance. Winners will be notified by email, and their names will be published on The Banishing Stones' Facebook page by Monday 20th May 2013. •It is the responsibility of each winner to provide a postal address for the prize to be delivered to. If the prize is not claimed within one month, the prize will be forfeited. • Multiple entries are not permitted. •It is the responsibility of each winner to provide the correct details for their delivery address. •The prize is not exchangeable for cash or any other goods. •Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Elizabeth Ward and Facebook (including their officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of property); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction; (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim or offer that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Elizabeth Ward; (d) any variation in the offer value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) participation in the offer. •Any cost associated with accessing The Banishing Stones' Facebook page is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. •This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
