Bank BSB and Bank Account Number. The Claimant must ensure that all details provided for
the payment of the Cash Back amount is correct. The claimant is resp

clearly
providing their full and accurate name (if payment option is by cheque) and correct Bank

determining the winner

Each entry will be individually judged based on the

win. There will be a total of
one (1) prize winner for the trip to Italy and the decision will be at the comp
