Promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 3. Entry is only open to all permanent residents of
Australia. 4. Entrants must be over the age of 18. 5. An entrant cannot enter the competition more than once. 6. Entries above
25 words will not be eligible to win a prize. 7. This is a game of skill. Winners will be judged at BPM Australia, 6 Beaumont
Road Mt Kuring-Gai on Wednesday 26th June 2013 and winners will be notified by email/phone on this day. 8. Winners

treatments are available to WIN. 10. One professional Zoom whitening treatment will be organised for each winning entrant
with a Zoom certified Dentist in their State or Territory. The entrant is responsible for providing full and accurate address
details. 11. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the
postal address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter. The promoter will not be
