BUSHELLS VINTAGE PEDAL CARS PROMOTION
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, simply purchase any two Bushells products from a participating Supa IGA, IGA or Foodland store outlets in one transaction, between 12.00am (AEDT) 29.04.2013 and 12.00am (AEDT) 07.06.2013 (“Promotional Period”) and enter in one of two ways:
(a) By Internet: Log on to
www.bushells.com.au/pedalcars and follow the prompts to enter your contact details, the last 4 digits from each of your two (2) Participating Product barcodes as well as your Supa IGA, IGA or Foodland receipt number. Online entries must be made during the Promotional Period. All fields are mandatory for an entry to be valid.
OR
(b) By Mail: Complete the official entry form available in-store, supplying your contact details, the last 4 digits from each of your two (2) Participating Product barcodes and your Supa IGA, IGA or Foodland store receipt number. All fields are mandatory for an entry to be valid. Send your completed entry form to: Bushells Vintage Pedal Cars Promotion, PO Box 629, Eastern Suburbs Mail Centre NSW 2004. Last mail entries received on 14.06.2013.
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ:
Entrants must retain a copy of their Supa IGA, IGA or Foodland store receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Promoter reserves the right to request proof of purchase for each entry made to verify all entries before awarding the prize. Prizes may not be awarded if proof of purchase cannot be supplied for every entry made. Consumers may enter as many times as they like, provided each entry is associated with a separate purchase of any two Bushells products in one transaction, and can be verified by a separate proof of purchase.
Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees of the Promoter, Participating Supa IGA, IGA or Foodland outlets, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. Eligible Entrants aged less than 16 years must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter the promotion and provide personal information about themselves. All entries of Eligible Entrants who are under the age of 16 years and enter the promotion without disclosing (or attempting to conceal) their age (as and where required) and/or do not provide the required parental consent (as and where required) will be deemed invalid. These Conditions of Entry will bind the Eligible Entrants and any parent or legal guardian who gives their consent (for Eligible Entrants aged 16 years and under). If any prize winner is aged under 16 years, the prize will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the Eligible Entrant entering the promotion, at the discretion of the Promoter. Incomplete, or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
4. Promotion commences at 12.00am (AEDT) on 29.04.2013 and closes at 12.00am (AEDT) on 07.06.2013 (“Promotional Period”). Last mail entries received 5.00pm on 14.06.13.
5. Internet and mail entries will be combined and the prize draw will take place at Motive XM, 87 Egerton St, Silverwater NSW 2128, on Friday 21st June 2013 at 10.00 am (AEDT).
The first one hundred and thirty (130) valid entries drawn from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period will win the following prize: One(1) x Vintage Bushells’ Pedal car valued at RRP AU$399 Bushells Pedal car is suitable for children 3-6 years old (depending on weight)
Delivery of the prize to the winner is also included.
Please note: Prize does not include any safety wear or insurance
6. The Promoter’s decision on the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners will be contacted by phone and in writing by mail or email within two (2) business days of the draw. The names of the winners will be published in The Australian on 28.06.13.
7. Multiple entries are permitted provided each entry is associated with a separate purchase of any two Bushells products in one transaction from a participating Supa IGA, IGA or Foodland store outlets, during the Promotional Period.
8. Proof of purchase for every entry submitted, in the form of a photocopy or an original store purchase receipt(s), must be provided on the Promoter’s request in order to claim the prize. Where a copy of the receipt is not provided on request, or the receipt(s) record(s) are purchased outside of the promotional period, the entry will be deemed invalid and the prize will be re- drawn in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
9. Total prize pool is valued at up to RRP AU$51,870
10.Prize value is inclusive of GST and is in Australian dollars.
11.Prizes are not transferable. In no circumstances are prizes exchangeable for cash unless specified otherwise.51870
