Information on "How to Enter" and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.

Entry is open to all Australian residents, except employees of Blue Rock Pty Ltd and their immediate families.

The entire Promotional period commences on May 15th 2013 at 10:00AEST and closes 5pm AEST Monday September 1st 2013.

The draw will take place on September 13th 2013 at 11:30am on the premises of Impact Data, Level 2, 627 Chapel Street, South Yarra VIC 3141 Australia. The winner will be notified by telephone and then notified in writing, and their name will be published on the www.hellyhansen.com.au website, the Helly Crew newsletter and in The Australian newspaper on September 25th 2013.

To enter participants must complete a competition entry form either in person (at a Helly Hansen store) or online (www.hellyhansen.com.au) and fill in all required fields during the dates specified above.
It is the participant's responsibility to ensure all details are full and correct before submitting their entry form.

Entries not completed in accordance with the Conditions of Entry or received after close of entry will not be considered. Incomplete or incorrect entries will be disregarded. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process. The judge's decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters. To win the competition you must be a current member of the Helly Hansen database on the date of the prize draw.

Participants can only enter the competition once and multiple entries will be disregarded.

The winner of the Promotion will be determined by the first valid entry randomly drawn by the Promoter. The prize must be claimed before 5pm AEST on the 30th September 2013 otherwise a redraw will occur. If in the event the prize is not claimed a redraw will occur on the 1st October 2013 at 11.30am AEST at the premises of Impact Data. The winner will be notified by telephone, then in writing and their name will be published on the www.hellyhansen.com.au website and in The Australian newspaper on October 6th 2013.

The prize is as follows:
International return airfare from Australia (Sydney or Melbourne) to the US connecting city
(Los Angeles (LAX) (Up to: $3000AUD).
Return US airfare from Los Angeles (LAX) to Denver (DEN)
(Up to: $600USD/person = $1,200USD* total)
2 Adult Epic Lift Passes (Up to: $1,378USD*)
Lodging accommodation in a standard room, 8 nights for 2 guests (Up to: $2,000USD*).
4 nights at Breckenridge's One Ski Hill Place
4 nights at Vail's Ritz-Carlton
Return ground transportation on a shared ride shuttle from Denver airport to Hotel. (Up to: $500USD* round trip).
Equipment Rentals (Up to: $800USD*)
*USD amounts as of April 30 2013.
The winner & guest must be available to take the trip during the period of specified time between December 1 2013 and February 28 2014 otherwise the prize will be forfeited.

Total prize value up to $8,878AUD
The prize does not include medical expenses, travel insurance, items of personal nature, government taxes or levies (excluding flight related taxes), laundry, telephone calls, additional nights or room upgrades, food & beverages, etc. The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. The prize must be taken between the dates specified. The prize does not cover regional fights or any flights/accommodation/or other costs associated with travel to/from your place of residence to point of departure. Any costs associated with returning to your place of residence and all other ancillary costs are at your own expense.

The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of their identity and proof of Australian residency in order to claim the prize. Proof of identification and residency is at the judgment of the promoter.

It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be requested to present their credit card upon arrival at the hotel to cover all incidentals they may incur including their stay at the hotel. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or legal guardian and the participant must be accompanied by their parent or guardian.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster the Promoter reserves the right (subject to reference to all relevant state and territory regulations), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
Prize winners are advised that Tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize.

It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner signs a legal release in a form to be determined by the Promoter.
All prizes must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. In the event that a portion of the prize is awarded to the winner in the form of a voucher/ ticket/ pass, redemption of that portion of the prize will be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated on the voucher/ ticket/ pass. The Promoter will not be liable for any voucher /ticket/ pass that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition in accordance with all state and territory regulations.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
All entries become the property of the Promoter.

The Promoter may use information it collects in relation to you to provide you with information regarding further offers, promotions or goods and services provided by the Promoter and/or the Promoter's partners and sponsors. The Promoter may also disclose information about you to its service providers to enable the Promoter to provide you with services. You consent to the Promoter's use and disclosure of information about you as contemplated by this paragraph. To remove your information from the Promoter's records, send an email to info@hellyhansen.com.au with your name, mobile phone number and your request to cancel the Service. If you wish to update or modify your details, please email info@hellyhansen.com.au with your name, mobile phone number and your request to update or modify your details.

The Promoter is not responsible for any error, omission, destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries occurring in relation to the conduct of the Promotion.
To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable to you in respect of any claim for any loss or damage whatsoever (including, without limitation, any consequential, indirect, special, punitive or incidental damages) or for any personal injury suffered by you as a result of or in connection with the Promotion.

This Promotion Agreement has been agreed upon for the promotion period of May 15th 2013 - September 5th 2013 by both Vail Resorts & Helly Hansen. Both parties understand the agreement details and will follow through with their obligations outlined in this document.
