The prize promotion is only open to residents of Australia, aged 18 years or over.
All golf clubs that are entered into the competition must reside in Australia.
Employees (and their families) of iseekgolf.com are excluded from entering this competition. This includes any affiliates, parent or subsidiary companies, as well as representatives or agents of iseekgolf.com, or anyone else who may be involved or connected with the competition. Any entries submitted by agents or third parties shall be invalid and not be accepted by the promoter.
One entry per person will be accepted. All entries must state the name of their favourite club and in 25 words or less saying why. The competition entry must have the correct email contact details.
An entry will be void if it is reasonably deemed by iseekgolf.com to have been made by an ineligible person or if it is incomplete. iseekgolf.com may request such information as it considers necessary or desirable for the purposes of verifying eligibility or the validity of any entry and any prize may be withheld unless and until iseekgolf.com is satisfied with the verification.

Golf round and accommodation prize at InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort must be redeemed before December 23rd, 2013.

The Golf Club with the highest number of votes will win a Golf Getaway show.   Filming to take place between June 30th and July 4th.  To be eligible to receive this prize the club must be available for filming during the specified dates.

The winning entry will be selected by iseekgolf.com, and the decision will be final.
The winner will be notified and then announced on the iseekgolf.com webpage on Monday June 24th, 2013.

The winner will also be announced on the iseekgolf.com Facebook and Twitter pages on Monday June 24th, 2013.

The prize promotion opens on Friday 26th April 2013 and closes on Friday June 21st, 2013 at 5.00 p.m. (the Closing Date). Any entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted by iseekgolf.com.
The prize is not transferrable. No cash equivalent or other alternative prize is available in whole or in part except as provided for in these terms and conditions.

All prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. iseekgolf.com reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of an equivalent value should the prize become unavailable for any reason.
iseekgolf.com shall use reasonable effort to contact the winner(s) through the means specified in these terms and conditions. If iseekgolf.com is unable to contact any winner within a reasonable period of such a winner having been selected, or if any winner is unable for whatever reason to accept the prize, or does not respond to communication from iseekgolf.com within 7 days of receipt thereof, then iseekgolf.com reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.

The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize promotion.

Facebook in no way sponsors, endorses, administers or is associated with this competition.
If the advertised prize is not available within the specified time frame, iseekgolf.com reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
