Daft Punk Random Access Memories Wee Waa Competition Terms and Conditions

    Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
    Entry is open to residents of Earth. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
    The competition commences at 23.00 AEST on 18/05/2013 and closes at 14.01 EST on 24/05/2013 (“Promotional Period”).
    To enter during the Promotional Period, participant must be a current Twitter subscriber and log onto the Castle Awesome Twitter page at https://twitter.com/castleawesome, ‘Follow’ the Castle Awesome twitter account, retweet the nominated Castle Awesome tweet and complete and submit the online entry form (including their first name, last name, email address and twitter username). Entrant must also verify their email address in order to officially enter the competition. Limit applies of one entry per person. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotional Period. Entries received after 14.01 AEST on 24/05/2013 will not be accepted.
    This competition is a complete chance. One entrant will be selected at complete random by a third party participant, who is also not eligible to enter.
    Random selection will take place on 24/05/2013 at 15.00 AEST at 14 Echo Street, Mitchelton, Queensland, 4053.
    Prize consists of an official Compact Disc (CD) of Daft Punk’s Random Access Memories, with limited edition ‘Wee Waa’ case sleeve. An official general admission Daft Punk ticket to the 79th Annual Wee Waa show, with lanyard (ticket has expired and can not be used at any future Wee Waa annual shows), and two (2) Sony Xperia Daft Punk Random Access Memories cards (business card size)
    Castle Awesome holds no responsibility if the winning participant does not receive the prize due to postal error.
    The winners will be notified by email by 19.00 EST on 24/05/2013. If the winner has provided a physical address, package will be sent on 27/05/2013, unless an email response has been giving requesting a change of address. Items cannot be picked up from physical location. If the winner has not provided a physical address, an email response is required within seven (7) days detailing winners address.

    Prize will be forfeited if the winner does not provide Castle Awesome with a valid physical address within seven (7) days.
    In the event the prize is forfeited, another random entrant will be selected.
    Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The random selection is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches.
    If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
    The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
    The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by the winner as a result of accepting and/or using a prize, except for any loss, damage or injury which is due to the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoter or which otherwise cannot be excluded by law.
    The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of third party suppliers. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner or their guests as a result of the conduct of any third party suppliers or otherwise as a result of the winner accepting and/or using a prize, except for any loss, damage or injury which is due to the negligence or willful misconduct of the Promoter or which otherwise cannot be excluded by law.
    In participating in this promotion entrants are providing information to the Promoter and not to Twitter, Sony and Daft Punk. Each entrant acknowledges that this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter, Sony and Daft Punk, and to the extent permitted by law, releases those parties from any and all liability in relation to this promotion.
    All entries will be deemed accepted at the time of the draw if all required steps are completed. In any dispute relating to whether entries have been received or not will be determined by the Promoter, whose decision is final. Any entry that contains content that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, considers to be incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, ineligible, offensive, misleading, inappropriate or incomprehensible will be deemed invalid, as well as any entry that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, considers to infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person, corporation or entity. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
    Entrants confirm and promise that their entry is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. Further, entrants agree that ownership of any intellectual property rights in their entry is hereby assigned to the Promoter without the payment of any further fee or compensation. The entrant agrees to sign any further documentation required by the Promoter to give effect to this arrangement as a precondition to being awarded their prize. To the extent permitted by law, entrants unconditionally and irrevocably consent to any act or omission that would otherwise infringe any moral rights in their entry.
    Entrants consent to the Promoter publishing their name and/or associated entry on the Promoter’s website and associated social media pages including Facebook.
    Entrants accept and acknowledge their willingness to receive weekly newsletters and further promotional details from Castle Awesome and it’s affiliates. Castle Awesome will not ever sell, or give any entrant’s details to a third-party, but may send you third-party promotions and information deemed relevant by Castle Awesome.
    Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, entry, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
