8. Total value of the Major Prize is up to $18,800 AUD or $22,600NZD (depending on departure points and dates). Children‟s tickets are valid for children under the age of 12 years. Over the age of 12, the tickets will be deemed to be adult tickets. Accommodation will be one quad-share room only. Approximate value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate value.
9. All travellers must be Australian or New Zealand citizens and have a valid passport with at least six months validity remaining as at the date of departure and no travel restrictions. All travellers must also ensure that they are eligible for entry to the United States of America (standard entry visa). All travel associated with the Major Prize must be completed within one year from the end date of the Competition Period or the Major Prize will be forfeited. All Major Prize elements are subject to availability at time of booking and are subject to hotel, flight and VIP Experience ticket availability. Children must be at least five (5) years old to take park in the VIP experience at Universal Studios Hollywood and attend with an accompanying adult (18 or older). All VIP Experience tours and content is subject to availability based on peak periods, production schedules and other factors. Guests must be at least 18 years old to attend without an accompanying adult. The Major Prize is not available during peak times such as public holidays and school holidays and cannot be changed once the booking has been made. All expenses, including meals (excluding breakfast if provided by the hotel and any meals offered as part of the Universal Studios Hollywood VIP Experience), other transfer costs, any additional accommodation, travel expenses, visa charges, ancillary costs and other spending money is the responsibility of the Major Prize winner. Any unclaimed and/or unused Major Prize will remain the property of Universal Studios Hollywood and may not be used as sales and may not be sold, exchanged or otherwise transferred by the Winner. Travel companions must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Universal will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the sole discretion of Universal. Universal reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. 10. In the event the Major Prize winner cannot be contacted, cannot accept the prize or fails to meet all requirements, there will be a redraw for the Major Prize at 11:00am AEST Monday 16th September 2013 at Handling Matters Pty Ltd, 1/3 Green Street, Brookvale NSW 2100. The replacement Major Prize Winner will be notified by phone and email on the same day.
11. The voiceover experience allows one member of the Major Prize winner‟s travelling party to record a voiceover part consisting of crowd dialogue in a Mini- Movies, or in a future Illumination Entertainment production or in a Minion movie (the âProduction‟) and will be recorded at a date yet to be determined. The voiceover experience will take place at Universal Studios Hollywood during the Major Prize trip if Production timeframes permit, or will occur at a local recording studio at a later date specified by Illumination Entertainment. If for any reason the Major Prize winner is not able to take this prize component, this component of the Major Prize will be forfeited and no alternative prize will be offered. The voiceover participant (and, if applicable, their parent/guardian) must be prepared to sign further consents, assignments of rights and/or waivers in connection with their participation in the Production, as required by Illumination Entertainment and/or its parent, affiliates and production partners. Illumination Entertainment shall have absolute discretion over the dialogue‟s editorial content and its inclusion in the Production and Illumination Entertainment (or its affiliate or licensors as applicable) are under no obligation to broadcast, exhibit or otherwise exploit the voiceover part. This element of the Major Prize has no equivalent monetary value. Due to the nature of crowd dialogue, it may not be possible to distinguish participant‟s voice in the final edit of the production.

13. In addition to the major prize, eligible entries will go into the draw to win one of 500 Runners up Prizes. All entries will automatically go in to the draw for a share of $250,000 The Good Guys Store Credits, to be drawn at the end of Phase Two.

29. The Store Credit must be treated like cash. If the Store Credit is defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen, it will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. The Store Credit is: Redeemable for merchandise or services at participating The Good Guys stores only; not valid for purchases under $20; not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts; must be redeemed before the specified expiry date. It is up to the claimant to use the full value of the Store Credit before expiry date. Cash will not be given for any unused balance on the Store Credit. Unused balance on the expiry date of The Store Credit will not be refunded or credited. If purchase exceeds available Store Credit balance, the claimant must pay the variance with another payment method. The Store Credit balance can be checked by calling 1300 466 348 (Australia) or 0508 466 348 97(New Zealand). The Promoter reserve the right to change any terms contained in these Terms of Use at any time. Changes to Terms of Use will be available in store. 35. The Promoter reserves the right to request entrants to provide such proof of identity; age and proof of residency as considered suitable at the discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries not received by the Promoter or delays due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
36. Employees of any The Good Guys stores (and their immediate families) and agencies associated with this Competition are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
37. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of any entry and of entrant (including an entrant‟s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
38. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be deemed to be the person in who has submitted the entry provided that the person is an Australian or New Zealand resident over the age of 18 years. Prizes will only be awarded to the account holder of the nominated email address used to submit their entry. The winners therefore must be, in each case, the email account holder.
39. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
40. Should an entrant‟s contact details change during the Promotional Period, it is the entrant‟s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
41. The Promoter‟s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
42. All entries must be received by the closing time and date of each stage of the competition (âclosing dateâ). Entries after this date will be deemed late and invalid.
43.
