1.IPGA $10000 Holiday Voucher Prize Competition prize willbe drawn on 31 Aug 2013 via random computer draw and the winner will benotified by phone and their name posted on the IPGA Facebook Page. The winnerwill also be asked to provide a video testimonial receiving their prize for useon the IPGA website and / or Facebook Page.


2. Employees of IPGA are not eligible to win the competition


3. Entrants must be Australian residents or citizens and over 18 years of age


4. Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action thatmay be available and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers withthe entry process including if an automated entry or voting mechanism is used.


5. In the event of any prize not being accepted or claimed within 3 weeks ofthe winner’s name being posted on the website, the relevant winner’s entry willbe deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to award the unclaimedprize to the next best Eligible Entrant determined by the Promoter in its solediscretion.


6. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case thatliability is limited to the minimum allowable by law) , the Promoter, theirrelated entities and their officers, employees and agents, exclude allliability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss ordamage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special orconsequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but notlimited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficultiesor equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) anytheft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prizeclaim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not aftertheir receipt by the Promoters) due to any reason beyond the reasonable controlof the Promoters; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in theseTerms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant;(f) redemption of the prizes; and/or (g) participation in the Promotion.


7. If the Promoter, in its absolute discretion, considers an entry is inviolation of any laws, the Promoter may report the entrant to the appropriatelaw enforcement authority and the entrant will have no claim against thePromoter, including for any loss or damage it may suffer as a result.


8. All entries will be the property of the Promoter and may be used by thePromoter in advertising the Promoter’s products and services. All EligibleEntrants assign all copyright in their entries to the Promoter and expresslywaive all of their moral rights under the Copyright Act 1968 (C’th) in favourof the Promoter and all Eligible Entrants agree to do all things reasonablynecessary to give effect to this term. The personal information entrantsprovide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting thiscompetition and marketing activities. The Promoter may disclose entrant’spersonal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting thiscompetition or communicating with entrants. Promoter reserves the right to contact entrants via phone and/or  email about the promotion and products andservices offered by the company


9. Where the prize is awarded in the form of a gift card, voucher or letter(“Voucher”), the Promoter will not be liable for any Voucher that has beenlost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Redemption of theVoucher is subject to the terms and conditions specified on the Voucher.


10. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any time does notconstitute a waiver of those rights.


11. By entering this competition, you acknowledge that the promotion is in noway sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, andthat you are providing information to IPGA and not to Facebook. Yourelease Facebook of any liability.
