Promoter's details

Who can enter
3.1 The Promotion is open to entrants who subscribe to receive TransLink e-newsletter at the TransLink website

3.2 Employees, and their immediate families, of the TransLink Division, Department of Transport and Main Roads Employing Office, the TransLink Division, Department of Transport and Main Roads and its agents, contractors and sub-contractors are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Immediate family, of a person, means the person's spouse and family members residing at the same premises as the person.
3.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and reserves the right to disqualify any individual entrant or group of entrants for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
How to enter
4.1 The promotion runs from 6am (AEST) Monday 6 May 2013 to midnight (AEST) Sunday 2 June 2013.
4.2 In order to enter the Promotion, entrants must visit the TransLink website at
www.translink.com.au, submit your name and email address using the web form. If you do not supply the information, your entry will be deemed invalid. You may only enter this competition once.
4.3 Existing subscribers will go automatically into the draw and do not need to enter.
4.4 Any person who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry process in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process or these terms and conditions is not eligible to win.
4.5 All online entry forms must be submitted by no later than midnight (AEST) Sunday 2 June 2013.
Promotion
5.1 To be eligible to win the prize, entrants must have signed up to receive TransLink e-newsletter on the TransLink website.
5.2 Each entrant is limited to one entry.
5.3 QPAC are giving away three double pass (valued at $607.80) for "Ballet Revolución" on Wednesday 19 June 2013 at 7.30pm at QPAC.
5.4 Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5.5 Prize value is correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prize items.
5.6 By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be contacted by the TransLink Division, Department of Transport and Main Roads and QPAC in relation to this Promotion.
5.7 Entrants acknowledge that this is a one off Promotion and will not be conducted by the TransLink Division, Department of Transport and Main Roads on a regular basis.
5.8 All details will be held in accordance with the TransLink Privacy Procedure which can be accessed at
www.translink.com.au.
5.9 A decision of the TransLink Division, Department of Transport and Main Roads in relation to the Promotion, including a decision in relation to the prize draw, is final and the TransLink Division, Department of Transport and Main Roads will not enter into correspondence regarding the Promotion.
Determination of winner and prize
6.1 The prize draw will occur at Level 5, 88 Musk Ave, Kelvin Grove QLD 4059 on Monday 3 June 2013 at 9.00am (AEST).
6.2 The winner will be randomly selected from the valid entries received.
Winner
7.1 The winner will be notified by QPAC. Details of the draw result will also be published on the TransLink Division, Department of Transport and Main Roads website
www.translink.com.au 7.2 QPAC will contact the winners as well as provide instructions on how to collect the tickets at QPAC'S Box Office.
7.3 The promoter will conduct an unclaimed prize draw within 1 day of the end of the Promotion Period to distribute the prize which remains unclaimed at that date. The first valid entry drawn at the unclaimed prize draw will win the prize.
No liability
8.1 Entrants are solely responsible for ensuring the correct email address is correctly keyed in and updated in TransLink's database.
8.2 Online entry forms are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter's database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this Promotion.
8.3 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event that prevents or significantly hinders the TransLink Division, Department of Transport and Main Roads 's ability to proceed with the Promotion on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the TransLink Division, Department of Transport and Main Roads may in its absolute discretion cancel the Promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to State Legislation.
8.4 The TransLink Division, Department of Transport and Main Roads, its employees, agents, contractors and sub-contractors will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
General
9.1 You agree to be contacted by the Promoters about the promotion and to participate in the Promoter's publicity activities as reasonably requested, including being photographed by the Promoter for use by the Promoter in future marketing and promotional activities, without any fee being paid to you.
9.2 These terms and conditions do not exclude or limit the application of any statutory provision (including a provision of the Australian Consumer Law) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void.
