The Unclaimed Prize Winner will be notified by telephone and in writing within two days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw. The Unclaimed Prize Winner will be published in The Australian newspaper on Friday 4th October 2013.

Prize Conditions
Additional conditions in relation to the Prize:
Entrants must provide a valid postal address for prize pack delivery.
In-season movie passes can only be redeemed at participating cinemas.
In-season movie passes are only valid to see the film Monsters University unless otherwise advised by the Promoter.
In relation to the travel component of the Major Prize:
(a) The Major Prize is subject to availability. The Major Prize Winner must travel before 1 July 2014 and travel must be booked within 2 months of the Notification.
(b) There are certain dates during which the Major Prize will not be available (Block Out Dates) and the Major Prize cannot be used over such Block Out Dates. The Major Prize Winner will be advised of such Block Out Dates at the time of Notification.
(c) The Major Prize Winner and his/her travel companions must depart from, and return to, the same point of departure and travel together for the duration of the trip.
(d) Unless expressly stated otherwise in the description of the Major Prize in these Terms and Conditions, the Major Prize Winner is solely responsible for all costs and expenses associated with using the Major Prize including costs associated with:
(i) obtaining suitable travel insurance for the trip;
(ii) meeting all government, consular, health and travel requirements applicable to the destination (including obtaining a valid passport, vaccinations and entry visas); and
(iii) taxes, meals, transfers, flights, accommodation, sightseeing or other activities, and spending money not included in the major prize;
(e) frequent flyer points cannot be earned on any flights included in the Major Prize;
(f) any non flight or airline associated taxes or charges meals, transfers, flights, accommodation, sightseeing or other activities, and spending money will be the sole responsibility of the Winner; and
In relation to the accommodation component of the Major Prize:
(g) the Major Prize is subject to availability. The Major Prize Winner must travel before 1 July 2014 and accommodation must be booked within 2 months of the Notification.
(h) Unless otherwise stated or advised, the Major Prize is not available over the Block Out Dates.
(i) the Major Prize Winner may be required to provide a valid credit card imprint or cash deposit at check-in for the purpose of covering incidental or other charges at the hotel; and
(j) unless expressly stated otherwise in the description of the Major Prize in these Terms and Conditions, the Major Prize does not include the cost of telephone calls, internet access, breakfast, in-room dining, in-room movies, mini bar, gratuities or any other costs or expenses incurred by the Winner, his/her travel companion and/or any of their guests at the hotel.
