TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. These terms and conditions of entry, including information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

 3. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry, or engaged in any unlawful or improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition.

 4. Multiple entries per person are permitted as long as each creative response to the Entry Question is original in concept and substantially different from prior entries from a single entrant.

 5. Entrants must enter in their own names.

 6. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

 7. Promotion commences 12pm AEST on 10/5/13. Entries close 11.59am AEST on 3/06/13 (Promotion Period).

8. The judging will be conducted at Level 1, 19 Prospect Street Box Hill VIC 3128 on 4/6/13. All eligible entries will be assessed in the judging process. Winners will be notified via email on or before 5/6/13. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. To enter, participants must submit an entry via the supplied form (which can be accessed via the application on the WIN tab on the official Bioré® Australia page on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/BioreAus) and answer the following question (the Entry Question): "What’s your top tip for staying motivated when it comes to fitness?" in 50 words or less. Entries that do not respond to the question will be deemed invalid.

10. The best and most creative three (3) answers to the Entry Question, as judged by the Promoter, will win. Entries will be judged using the following criteria: Originality (25%), Creativity (25%) and Expression of Idea (50%). This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.

11. Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable entries are invalid.
