ME ‘N ME MATES performing at the Cabaret Fringe Festival

ME ‘N ME MATES is an Australiana performance comprising bush ballads, songs and yarns by some of Australia’s best writers including Henry Lawson, Banjo Paterson and others.

The performance celebrates Australian language and humour – it is uniquely Australian. Songs, jokes, yarns, tall stories from our colourful past are spun in a relaxed atmosphere over a drink or two. It is an irreverent but always affectionate look at many of the things we hold to be Australian. Performed with energy and verve to ensure a strong audience impact and wide popular appeal, it is innovative in its own way – accessible, entertaining, thought-provoking.
