TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Caneland Central
1. Information on how to enter form part of these terms and conditions.

2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and
retailers within Caneland Central and the retailers’ employees and their immediate families are ineligible
to enter. Promotion commences at 12am Saturday 1st June 2013 and closes at 11.59pm on Sunday 30th
June 2013 with daily entries throughout the promotion period commencing 12.00am and closing at
11.59pm each day.

3. To enter the daily draw you must:
(a) ‘Like’ Caneland Central’s Facebook page www.facebook.com/canelandcentral
(b) Fill in an online entry form to be in the running to win that day’s prize.
(c) Each day during June a different prize will be offered which requires a new entry form to be completed
to be included in the draw.

4. Entries in the promotion are limited to one per person per day.

5. Prizes
Total prize pool for this promotion is $4,587.00 made up of a different prize each day for the period of 1-
30 June 2013. Each day a different prize will be won, the daily prize will be valued in excess of $99 and
specific prize details will be listed on Caneland Central’s Facebook page. Prize details for that day will be
posted by 9.30am on that day.

6. Entries for the daily prize will be placed into a barrel. The prize draw will be conducted daily at Centre
Management at 9.30am the day following the daily competition closing. The winners will be drawn
randomly and notified within 48 hours from the competition closing. The first correct and eligible entry
drawn on each of these dates will receive the daily prize as depicted on Caneland Central’s Facebook wall.

7. Winners will be notified via phone, and their first name and suburb will be posted onto Caneland Central’s
Facebook wall.

8. Prizes will be available for collection from Caneland Central’s Centre Management office. Identification
must be presented upon prize collection. All prizes must be collected by 30 September 2013.
9. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. If the winner is under the age of 15 years the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.

11. The prize(s) is/are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not
limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking
the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

13. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as is necessary at
Centre Management on Monday 30th September 2013 in order to distribute the unclaimed prize by that
date.

14. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entrants that have ticked the ‘Join our Mailing List’
tick box will be entered into a database and the entrants’ names and addresses may be used for future
promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.

15. Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of all conditions of entry.16. The Promoter may cancel the Promotion and not award the prize(s) where circumstances beyond the

Promoter’s control prevent the Promoter from providing the prize(s). Should the Promoter cancel the
Promotion the Promoter will:
(i) advertise that the Promotion has been cancelled by placing a notice at the customer service desk in
the shopping centre and on Caneland Central’s Facebook wall;
(ii) promptly destroy all entries received; and
(iii) not use the personal information you have provided on the entry form.

PRIVACY STATEMENT
The personal information you have provided to Lend Lease by completing this entry form may be used for the
purpose of administering the competition, to contact you if you are the winner of the competition, advising
the public of the winner of the competition and if you agree below, contacting you on an ongoing basis with
information on any products or services you may be interested in at Caneland Central. Contact may be by any
means of communication including telephone and electronic messages (e.g. email). If the information
requested is not provided, you may not enter the competition.
Subject to the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988, you may have access to your personal information as held by
Lend Lease by contacting the Marketing Manager at Caneland Central Centre Management on (07) 4944 7111.
An access fee may be charged to cover the costs of providing the information to you.
