Who may enter
Entrants must be at least aged 18 and legal residents of Australia to participate. If the entrants are under the age of 18, the entrants must have the consent of their guardian or parent(s).
Employees and immediate families or any related agents of Marion’s Kitchen Australia Pty Ltd may not enter.
How to enter
This is a game of chance.
The eligible person is a Facebook user, accepts Facebook permission and becomes a fan of Marion Grasby official Facebook page (
www.facebook.com/mariongrasby) during the competition period.
The entrant must accept Facebook permissions and complete the quiz of Marion’s Kitchen Malaysian Curry Promotion
Only one entry per person will be accepted.
The competition commences on 29 July 2013 at 12.01am (AEST), and conclude 26th August 2013 at 11.59pm (AEST).
No entries receive later than 26th August 2013 at 11.59pm (AEST).
The time of entry is the time the entry is accepted by the Promoter’s database.
Any entries that are not completed in accordance with the conditions of entry, incomplete, indecipherable or received after the closing time will be disqualified.
The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunction of any communications network or any lost, late delayed, ineligible, incomplete or corrupted entries that may occur.

The total prize includes:

Total RRP prize value is AUD$3349.64 including GST. Prize values are recommended retail price value as provided by supplier and correct at the time of printing. The promoter accepts no responsibility for prize value or any variation in the prize value.
The prize draws will be conducted at BFJ Media, Studio 4, 30 Light St, Brisbane, QLD, 4006 at 1pm (AEST) 27th August 2013.
All entries will be randomly drawn for fifty (50) third prizes, and twenty-five (25) second prizes and one (1) first prize.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered.
All prize winners will be notified by e-mail provided in the entry process within 48 hours. Their names will be published on the promotional website 28th August 2013. The name of the first prize winner will be published in “The Australian” on 30th August 2013. The Promoter will take all reasonable steps to notify winners.
The Promoter will send the prize within 10 days from date of draw but cannot guarantee the delivery time.
In the event that a winner does not take the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
The prize is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash or any other prize. The prize value is accurate at the date of commencement of the competition.
If an advertised prize is not available, the Promoter has the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value, subject to state regulation.
If the winning entrant is under 18 year of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parents or legal guardian on behalf of the winner.
The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity, residency and entry (if required) in order to claim the prize. In the case that the winner cannot provide suitable proofs, the winner will forfeit the prize and no substitute will be offered. The verification of winner’s identification is at the discretion of the Promoter
The prize remains the property of the Promoter until claimed by the winner.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for lost, stolen or unused prize or any event which prevents the winner from redeeming the prize.
If the prize is unclaimed or reasonable attempts being made to contact the winner failing after 7 days, the original winner will forfeit the prize and notified by telephone and email. The second draw will be conducted and notified by the same procedure outlined above.

The Promoter may disqualify any entrants who the Promoter believe has breached any of the terms and conditions or engaged in any misconduct that place the competition at risk.
