Promotion Prize Details
3.1
Competition prize

fully customised, commercially rated sports fridge, complete with signed
memorabilia, up to the value of $3,500.
All companions of the winners being awarded must be aged 18 years or over. All other
ancillary costs including but not limited to insurance, taxes (excluding GST), meals or
drinks
other than those specified above, transfers and any and all other expenses are the
responsibility of the winner.
3.2
Each winner must provide 3 forms of formal identification such as: passport, drivers licence,
Medicare card or similar
upon collection of
their prize.
3.3
Each winner must take the prize in the format that it is presented
–
it can not be changed.
3.4
Prize package is not transferable, non
-
redeemable for cash or kind and must be taken as
offered. The Promoters assum
e no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for
inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or
telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then
the Promoter

may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
3.5
In the event that for any reason
whatsoever the winner of a prize does not take an
element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoters then that element of the prize
will be fo
rfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the

contestants release from, and indemnify the Promoters against all liability, cost, loss,
expense, damage or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence) arising out of

limited to loss of income or personal injury, except for any liability which cannot be
excluded by law.

All winners may be required by

in its absolute discretion to:
i) Participate
in promotional activities for the benefit of

ii) That he or she will
not, without prior writte

(which may be withheld at its absolute
discretion) participate in any other media activities or promotions for the purpose of or
which involve discussion, commenting on, expressing a view regarding the competition.
iii) In promotional activities the winner will refrain from expressing a negative or disparate

and its operations and related bodies.
iv) The winner ac
knowledges and agrees that

have the right to all materials
generated in connection with the promotion and can use the material in any medium and
in any manner it sees fit.
v)

will also hold the copyright to any photographs taken for publicity purposes
and can use these photos in any promotional material for the time period of five years.
4.4
Competition winners agree to keep confidential any knowledge of
RADIO SEN
and their
businesses and personnel received by them as a result of the competition.
4.5
All winners will be notified by phone and in writing
and published in the public notices of
both the Melbourne Herald Sun and the Australian Newspaper
on or by

4.6
The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential
address and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or pa
rticipation in
this promotion.
Use
of false name or address, ie name by
which the entrant is not usually
known will disqualify them from receiving
the prize.

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating,
entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Acceptance of the prize is deemed
acceptance of the terms and conditions.

Entrants confirm and promise that their
