HOW TO ENTER
To be eligible to enter, individuals must log onto http://www.facebook.com/BettaAU & follow the prompts as directed to the competition entry page, input the requested details, and explain in 25 words or less, “what you will do with your extra time after winning the LG RobokingTM?” They must then submit the fully completed entry form during the promotional period. The person who submits the best answer as determined by the Promoter will be the winner of the prize.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is open to residents from Australia only. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
5. Only one entry permitted per person.
6. Promotion commences on 19/08/2013 at 12:00pm AEST and closes on 02/09/2013 at 11:59am AEST ("Promotional Period").
7. There is 1 prize in total and the winner will receive 1 x LG VR6270LVMB valued at $1,239 RRP.
8. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
9. The winner will be selected by the promoter on 02/09/2013. Winner will be notified in writing by email.
10. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. All prizes must be claimed within 4 weeks of winning. Unclaimed prizes thereafter will be made use of as the promoter sees fit.
12. Any and all costs associated with collecting the prize (including but not limited to airfares, transport, accommodation and meals) are the sole responsibility of the Participant.
