Philips Male Shaver Cash Back Promotion

Between 1 August and 30 September 2013, when you purchase an eligible Philips shaver (applicable models listed below) from participating retailers nationally, you will receive $100 cash back. All claims must be received by 15 October 2013.

 
How to claim your cash back

 
You can claim your cash back by downloading and completing the form below. Please follow the instructions outlined.

 

Please note:

If you are downloading and mailing in your claim form, you will need to provide the original product barcode and a copy of the store purchase receipt to the address as specified on the claim form.

 

To receive a Cash Back, simply purchase one (1) of the Eligible Philips Shavers (models shown below) from any participating retail store nationally, complete the claim form and post it with a copy of the store purchase receipt and original product barcode to:
