Travel must be completed during the NSW winter 2013 season. (Valid to October 7 2013) The promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is taken.
No portion of the Prize is redeemable for cash. The Prize is not refundable or transferable.
The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
The Prize may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Prize is subject to all restrictions as set by the prize provider Kosciuszko Thredbo and their associated activity providers.
Transfers, spending money, meals, additional activities and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excess, not listed in the prize details above are the responsibility of the winner and his/her nominated companion/s as
incurred.
It is the winner’s responsibility to organize transport to/from the Thredbo. The winner is responsible for any amendments fees issued by the suppliers once booking is confirmed.
The promoter takes no responsibility for loss or injury suffered by a winner as a result of taking the prize. The Promoter recommends Prize winners and travel companions have appropriate insurance for their period of travel and adequate for the activities covered in the Prize.
Prize winners should consult their doctor prior to taking the Prize.
Prize winners must complete booking request with the Thredbo Marketing Department.
Prize winners must be at least 15 years of age and if under 18 years of age, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 18 years of age or over while taking the prize and have permission from a parent or guardian (who is 18 years of age or over) to be eligible to claim the prize.
Any alterations made to the confirmed booking by the winners or their travel companions, including extending the trip, are at the winners’ expense and must be arranged by the winner.
Any upgrades to the Prize will incur additional costs to the Prize winner and his/her companions.
In accepting the Prize, the winners and their nominated travel companions agree to participate in and cooperate with all reasonable media editorial requests, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, and the winners grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
The promoter reserves the right to announce or publish the winners’ name for publicity purposes.
The Prize winners and their nominated travel companions agree they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation.
The Prize winner and their travel companions are responsible for all additional expenses including but not limited to spending money, transfers, meals (other than breakfast), in room video, laundry, room service, telephone calls, activities, insurance, energy surcharges, gratuities, service charges, and any other ancillary costs. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the Prize winner at the time of check –in to the hotel, for any additional charges.
Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the Prize winner and their nominated travel companions.
Recreational activities (including skiing or snowboarding) involve a significant risk of physical harm or personal injury including permanent disability and/or death to participants. Any such injury may result not only from your actions but from the action, omission or negligence of others. Kosciuszko Thredbo holds no responsibility for any death or injury that may occur as a result of participation in recreational activity whilst in the resort.
