1. This Giveaway is open to residents of Australia only, aged 18 and above. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Offeror and its agencies are ineligible. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
2. Giveaway offer commences at 17:00 AEST on 02/09/2013 and will close at 23:59 AEST on 27/09/2013, or until stocks last. Visual counter on graphics may not be accurate and are for estimate/promotional purposes only.
3. To receive a John Frieda® sample sachet of John Frieda® Full RepairTM Full Body Shampoo & Conditioner a claimant must, during the Giveaway Period, ‘like’ the John Frieda Australia page on Facebook (at
http://www.facebook.com/JohnFriedaAus) and submit a completed registration form, which can be accessed via the Free Sample tab on the John Frieda Australia Facebook page ("Giveaway Website"), including providing their name, email address, date of birth and delivery address ("Claim").
4. Each John Frieda® Full RepairTM Full Body Shampoo & Conditioner product sample will contain one (1) 8.3mL sample sachet of John Frieda® Full RepairTM Full Body Shampoo & one (1) 8.3mL sample sachet of John Frieda® Full RepairTM Full Body Conditioner (“Sample”).
5. Sample is not for sale and must not be made for sale by the claimant. Sample (or parts thereof) is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
6. Limit one (1) Claim permitted per household.
7. Each valid Claim received during the Giveaway Period will receive one (1) Sample. The Sample will be sent to the claimant at the delivery address set out in the Claim. Please allow for up to 28 days from the closing request submission for Claims for receipt of your Sample.
8. The Offeror's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be taken for late, lost, indecipherable or misdirected Claims. Such Claims will be deemed invalid.
9. Any cost associated with accessing the Giveaway Website is the claimant's responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used. All Claims are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Offeror and not at the time of transmission by the claimant.
10. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including liability arising under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) in relation to supply of products), the Offeror (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Giveaway offer, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Offeror's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; or (c) any Claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Offeror) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Offeror. To the extent permitted by law, the Offeror and any of their associated agencies shall not be liable for any loss, cost, damage, expense, personal injury, death or liability (including, but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential losses) that is suffered or incurred in connection with this sample offer Giveaway, or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Offeror, and its associated agencies, or any person associated with any of them including their employees or agents or otherwise.
