2. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Entry to the competition is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to entrants who are 18 years or
over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and their related entities are ineligible to enter.
4. The competition is open to residents of Australia. Only one entry per person is permitted. Automated entry
software or spamming that allows an entrant to enter multiple times is prohibited and all entries submitted by
that entrant will be deemed invalid.
5. The competition commences at 8.00am AEST on Saturday, 7 September 2013 and closes at 5.00pm AEST on
Wednesday, 11 September 2013 (competition period).

7. The answer to ‘Why is a dog a guy or girl’s best friend?’ that is judged best by the Promoter will be deemed the winner. The judging will take place at 4.00pm AEST on Wednesday 18 September 2013 at 7 Baroona Road, Milton Qld 4064.
8. The chosen winning valid entry will receive a AU$200 Wotif.com accommodation voucher (Prize Voucher).
9. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner of the competition by 4.00pm AEST on Wednesday 18
December 2013, the answer to ‘Why is a dog a guy or girl’s best friend?’ judged second best by the Promoter will be deemed the winner of the unclaimed Prize Voucher. The judging will take place at 4.00pm AEST on Wednesday, 18 December 2013 at 7 Baroona Road, Milton Qld 4064.
10. The Prize Voucher is valid for twelve months from the date of issue and bookings made with the Prize Voucher are subject to availability at the time of booking.
11. The Prize Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non- redeemable for cash.
12. All Wotif.com Gift Voucher Terms of Use apply to the use of the Prize Voucher.
13. The maximum total value of the prize pool is valued at AU$200.
14. The winner will be notified by email and phone within two days of the competition. The winner’s details will also

15.
