Conditions of Entry
1. The Promoter is Liam James McEvoy T/a MySupermarket.com.au ABN 85879210495, Po Box 3, 145 Gardenvale road, Gardenvale, Vic. 3185.
2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed to be an acceptance of these conditions.

Entry is open to Australian residents. Employees of the Promoter and its agencies associated with the competition and their immediate families are not eligible to enter, Participants must be aged 18 years and over. Competition closes on 30 November 2013 at 6pm (AEST). The draw will take place on December 5 2013 at the offices of MySupermarket.com.au. Winner will be notified by email. The winner will also be displayed on the Promoter's Facebook Page, and tweeted on the Promotor's Twitter account.

You may enter as many times as you like provided that each entry is a separate entry. 5. The first valid entry drawn will win 'one' $500 Myer giftcard. Maximum total prize pool is $500.Value of the prize includes GST where applicable.
6. All prizes must be taken as offered and are not exchangeable, transferable, redeemable for cash or for resale. In the event that a prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes unclaimed after a period of one month from the date of notification of the winner may be forfeited and used by the Promoter at the discretion of the Promoter. Prizes will be posted to the address nominated by the winner/s. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for any lost or misdirected mail.
7. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
8. It is the responsibility of the entrant to check the website for updates to these terms and conditions or the agreement. Any updates to these general terms and conditions or the agreement will apply from the date that the updated General Terms and Conditions or Agreement was placed on the website. If the Entrant wishes to continue with the promotion entry, it will be deemed to have accepted any update to these general Terms and Conditions or the Agreement.
9. Information contained on entries may be entered into a database and the Promoter and its related companies may use that information for research, promotional and marketing purposes. Information contained on the entries will be used exclusively by the Promoter and its related companies and not provided to any other party. The details contained in your entry are protected by security safeguards as detailed in the Promoter's Privacy Policy. The personal information collected as part of the entry is collected to enable identification of the winner and for future marketing and promotional purposes. Your personal information will only be disclosed to the Promoter and its related bodies for these purposes. You can contact us if you would like details of the personal information that the Promoter may hold about you or if you would like it to be corrected.

If for any reason a competition does not run for its duration due to a computer virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. The Promoter is not responsible for any: (a) malfunction, delay or traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or website; (b) failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter; nor (c) any injury or damage to entrants or any other person related to or resulting from participation in the competition or down loading any materials in a competition.
11. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply, or the supply, of goods and services by any person to the prize winner and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the prize winner. This clause does not affect any rights a consumer may have which are unable to be excluded under Australian law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its employees or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the costs of having the prize supplied again.
