2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who have a valid Facebook account. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Off-Premise Venues and Participating On-Premise Venues (as defined below) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
3. Promotion commences on 17/10/2013 and ends at 11.59pm AEDST on 31/01/2014 (“Promotional Period”).
4. To be eligible to enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period, either:
(a) purchase one (1) x 700mL bottle of Tia Maria displaying a promotional neck collar from any participating bottle shop (“Participating Off-Premise Venue”); OR
(b) purchase one (1) x Tia Maria drink from any participating bar, pub or club (“Participating On-Premise Venue”) whilst promotional staff are in the Participating On-Premise Venue and receive an entry card (whilst stocks of entry cards last).
5. To enter, individuals must then complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
(a) visit the Tia Maria Facebook Page at
www.facebook.com/tiamariadrink (“Facebook Page”);
(b) select the ‘like’ button on the Facebook Page (if not done so already);
(c) follow the prompts to the ‘Tia Maria Summer Promotion’ promotional application;
(d) input the requested details as prompted including their unique code (found on the promotional neck-collar or entry card) and provide an answer to the relevant promotional question (as featured on the entry form) in twenty five (25) words or less; and
(e) submit the fully completed online entry form.
For the sake of clarity, the Promotional Period will be divided into fifteen (15) rounds (each a “Round”) and there will be a promotional question featured for each Round (in accordance with the dates outlined in clause 12 below). The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, use a different promotional question for each Round or use the same promotional question for more than one (1) Round.
6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
7. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
8. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per specified purchase requirement; (b) each entry must be substantially unique; (c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (d) only two (2) entry cards permitted per person per day in Participating On-Premise Venues.
9. Entrants who purchase a Tia Maria drink from a Participating On-Premise Venue must retain the original entry card clearly showing the unique code used to enter as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the original entry card for all relevant entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.
10. Entrants who make a qualifying purchase at a Participating Off-Premise Venue must retain their promotional neck-tag(s) and a photocopy of their purchase receipt(s) for all relevant entries as proof of purchase. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the Participating Off-Premise Venue of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry. Promotional neck-tag(s) must clearly specify the unique code(s) used to enter for all entries. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.
11. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
12. Entries open and close for each Round on the dates and times specified in the table below. All times specified are AEDST. Entries in each Round will not be entered into any subsequent Rounds. The winners will be notified via email and/or telephone. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each entry in each Round will be individually judged based on originality and the literary and creative merit of the answer provided to the relevant promotional question. The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. The best valid entry in each Round, as determined by the judges, will each win a Tia Maria Music Pack valued at $229, which includes the following:
(a) One (1) x $100 Ticketek voucher;
(b) One (1) x 700mL bottle of Tia Maria, valued at $30; and
(c) One (1) x Logitech Boombox, valued at $99.
14. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a Ticketek voucher are not included. Any unused balance of a Ticketek voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a Ticketek voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Ticketek voucher. Each Ticketek voucher is valid for six (6) months from date of issue.
15. The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy alcohol responsibly. Legal aged consumers are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health & Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines that are available at

16. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
17. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
18. Total prize pool value is $3,435. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
19. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
