This document sets out the terms of participation in Coty Australia’s Rimmel London Nailvember Competition (the "Competition").
Eligibility
1. The promoter of the Competition is Coty Australia Pty Ltd (the "Promoter") (ABN 96 058 696 549) of Level 31, 1 Market Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000, 02 9267 5500.
2. The Competition is open to all Australian residents who are 13 years of age or over (Entrants’). An Entrant must be an individual and not a company or organisation. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and any organisation or individual associated with the provision of the prize(s) are not eligible to enter.
3. Each entry must be made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entries and the Entrant’s (including an Entrant’s identity, age and place of residence). The Promoter may in its discretion refuse to award any prize to any Entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions. All relevant instructions on the Promoter's website form part of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Entry into the Competition is free. Only one (1) entry permitted per person.

5. The Competition opens at 10am (AEST) on Monday 11th November 2013 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Saturday 30th November 2013 ("Competition Period"). Any entry received after the Competition Period will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or incorrect entries.
6. Entrants must answer in 10 words or less: ”Tell us where you would show off your favourite style ....”
7. All times referred to in these Terms and Conditions are in AEST.
How to enter
8. To enter the Competition you must:
a. log on to Facebook (
www.facebook.com/rimmellondonau);
b. Either already ‘like’ the Rimmel London Australia profile page or ‘like’ the Rimmel London Australia profile page by selecting the ‘like’ icon appearing on that page (and therefore become our “Fan”);
c. Answer in 10 words or less: “Tell us where you would show off your favourite style ....”
d. Register your first name, surname, email address, mailing address, phone number and preferred shoe size
e. agree to these Terms and Conditions on the Rimmel London Australia page accessed from (
www.facebook.com/rimmellondonau) (the “Competition Page”).
How to win
9. There will be 10 winners (“Winners”). Each Entry will be individually judged based on the judges’ opinion of the literary and creative merit of the Entry. Each Winner will receive the selected ASOS Kate inspired accessories along with the specified Rimmel London Salon Pro Nail Colour.
10. No element of chance is used to determine the 10 winning entries of the Rimmel London Nailvember Competition.
11. The total recommended retail value of the maximum prize pool of the Competition is AU $2,132.82. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in Prize value.
12. Each winner will receive the Kate inspired accessories they selected from ASOS plus 1 x Rimmel London Salon Pro Nail Colour valued at RRP: $8.95 (“Prize”). The prize packs are detailed for each of the 10 winners below;

13. The Prize cannot be exchanged or transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash. In the event that any of the Prizes become unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the original prize, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation. In the event of an Entrant being unable to satisfy these terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to the Entrant with the entry judged to be the best of the remaining entries.
14. If a prize item is unavailable the item would be replaced with a similar one of equal or greater we value, in case a particular item has sold out.
15. For requested sizing if a winner falls outside of the main size range, garments will be replaced with another similar range. . In the case of not having similar product, we will offer the winner a voucher to the value of the garment/s, and they can shop for their own.
16. All Winners shall be notified through Facebook announcement at the conclusion of the competition by Tuesday 3rd December 2013 and email confirming they have won and they will receive the prize pack in the post
17. The Entries will be judged on Monday 2nd December 2013, by a Coty staff member at Coty’s offices Level 31, 1 Market St Sydney NSW 2000.
18. The Prize will be sent to the Winner’s registered address by Tuesday 31st December 2013.
19. All Entries become the property of the Promoter and cannot be returned. You assign all copyright in your Entry to the Promoter. You consent to the Promoter, its employees, contractors and licencees doing or omitting to do anything anywhere in the world which, but for this consent, would infringe your moral rights [as defined in the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth)] in the Entry or its contents. Entries that are found to have been derived or copied from the intellectual property of a third party will be considered invalid and, if awarded a Prize, that Prize must be returned to the Promoter. Entrants may be required to sign a statutory declaration regarding the originality of the entry. Without limiting the generality, the Promoter reserves the right to take legal action against anyone found to have breached this term. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
20. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation are reserved.
21. You agree that the Promoter may use your Entry and any personal details provided to the Promoter for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes of the Promoter in any media without notice and without any fee being paid to you.
22. Decisions of the Promoter are final and will be binding on each person who enters the Competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
23. If there is any event that prevents or hinders the Promoter's conduct of the Competition or the Promoter's ability to deliver the prize to the prize winners, the Promoter may, in its discretion, cancel the Competition and may recommence it at another time under the same or various conditions.
24. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Competition, or for any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of the Competition (including in the voting). The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
25. To the full extent permitted by the law, the Promoter will not be liable for any injury, damages, expenses, or losses whatsoever (whether direct or inconsequential) in relation to the competition or with respect to any matter relating there to or arising there from.
26. By entering the Competition, you acknowledge that:
a. You provide both the Promoter and Facebook with a complete release from any liability arising in connection with the Promoter.
b. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
c. Any information you provide to the Promoter in relation to this Competition you are providing to the Promoter, and not to Facebook.
27. The Promoter respects your personal information (PI). All PI collected by the Promoter will be dealt with under the Coty Australia privacy policy. PI is collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this Competition and the winners. The Promoter may also use PI collected for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. Any person is entitled to contact the Promoter and request access to any PI the Promoter holds about them, at any time. If an entrant does not truthfully provide all the requested PI on the competition entry form they may not be eligible to enter this Competition or win any prize.
28. Entries that contain content that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, considers to be obscene, offensive or inappropriate will not be considered eligible Entries. The Promoter will moderate the Entries posted and reserves the right to remove the content of any Entry at its discretion.
