3.
HOW TO ENTER
3.1
The competition
dates for individual competitions are displayed at

”).
3.2
In order to enter the compet
ition entrants must complete the form and activity outlined

3.3
Entrants (including winners) in the competition may enter
once only
.
3.7
Entrants under the age of 18 years must obtain the prior permission of a parent or
guardian over the age of 18 years before entering
the competition.
4.
PRIZES
Each prize winner will receive the corresponding prize package i
n order of draw as set out
on

4.1
Prizes are not redeemable for cash and will be forfeited if
the winner is
unable
to claim
the prize within four working days of notification 7 working days
. If for any reason the
winner does not take the prize or any element of the prize at the time stipul
ated by the
promoter, then the prize or any element of the prize will not be redeemable for cash.
4.2
All prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. In the event that
any prize item is unavailable
,
the Promoter reserves the right t
o substitute a prize item of
equal or greater value. Any taxes (other than GST, if any) which may be payable as a
consequence of a winner receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.
4.3
In participating in the prizes, the winners agree
to participate and cooperate as required
in all editorial activities relating to the promotion, including but not limited to being
interviewed and photographed. The winners grant the promoter a perpetual and non
-
exclusive licence to use such footage and ph
otographs in all media worldwide and the
winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
5.
HOW TO WIN
5.1
Each entrant who has entered the competition over the Competition Period and
registered all details in accordance with clause 3 will be entered
into the prize draws. All
draws will take place at
Australian Made Campaign
Ltd,
Suite 105, 161 Park Street, South
Melbourne, 3205
at
10:00am on the day following the close date of the Competition Period.
5.2
The
p
rize winners will be notified by phone or
mail within seven days of the prize draw.
5.3
The Promoter's decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence
regarding the result.
6.
NO LIABILITY
6.1
In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents
or
significantly hinders the Promoter's ability to proceed with the competition on the dates
and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to
vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil
unrest, strike, war,
act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and
recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to State Legislation.
6.2
Australian Made Campaign Ltd
and their associated agencies
and companies will take no
responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.3
Australian Made Campaign Ltd
and their associated agencies and companies will not be
liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss
(including but not limited to consequential
loss) or claim that may occur:

during the draw;
or
6.3.

in the participation in any prize;
or
6.3.
3
as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
