This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Entries will be individually
judged and assessed by the Promoter’s panel of judges for their quality and creativity in
answering the following question: ‘Tell us in 25 words or less, what has been your favourite
sample you've tried on PINCHme & why?’
By entering the competition the entrants and winner give PINCHme the right to disclose any
competition answers to third parties who have supplied the sample mentioned in the answer.
Competition answers may be used by PINCHme or third parties authorised by PINCHme and any
advertising, marketing or other promotional use without the entrants further permission. Any
use of answers will only include an entrants first name and the first letter of their surname. No
personal identifiable information will be disclosed to third parties.
One entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries are not permitted.
One competition prize will be awarded to the first (1st) eligible winner as selected by the
Promoter.
There is one Prize that consists of 4 x concert tickets to Taylor Swift’s The Red Tour concert in
Sydney (NSW) on Wednesday 4 December at Allianz Stadium.
Total prize value is $534.40.
The prize must be taken on the date nominated by the Promoter to coincide with the
performance in Sydney (NSW) otherwise the entire prize is forfeited. The winner and their
companions (if any) must make their own way to and from the Taylor Swift concert location
nominated by the Promoter.
All additional costs which may be incurred in acceptance and use of the prize are the
responsibility of the winner and their companions (if any). Such additional costs include, but
not limited to, travel and/or transport to and from the location of the Taylor Swift concert,
airfares, accommodation, transfers, meals, beverages and / or spending money. All components
of a prize must be taken together and when offered or are forfeited.
The judging will take place at the end of the Promotional Period on Wednesday 27 November
2013 at PINCHme Australia Pty Ltd, Suite 501a, 19A Boundary St, Rushcutters Bay NSW 2011
(PINCHme).
The Promoter will contact the prize winner via email within 2 business days of the judging.
Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s
responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in
an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
The prize winner will have their details published on the PINCHme Australia website;
www.pinchme.com.au and the PINCHme Australia Facebook page by Friday 29 November 2013.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to
disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and
Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of
those rights.
No component of these gifts can be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Gifts must be
taken as offered and cannot be varied.
The Promoter and its affiliates accept no responsibility for any problems or technical
malfunction of any communication network or for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly
submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence
whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft or destruction or
unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that
may be available.
If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as planned, including, but not
limited, due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or for any other
reason which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper
conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify
any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available or to

In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly
hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the Competition on the dates and in the manner
described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures,
tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter
may in its absolute discretion cancel the Promotion and recommence it from the start on the
same conditions.
By participating, the winner and entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold
harmless PINCHme, and each of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and
their officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims
made by the winner, entrants or any other third parties related in any way to the operation of
this Competition, as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages
or losses (whether alleged, threatened, or actual) to any person or property of any kind resulting
in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize
or participation in any Competition-related activity or participation in this Competition.
If the Taylor Swift’s The Red Tour concert in Sydney (NSW) on Wednesday 4 December at Allianz
Stadium is cancelled, to the extent that the Promoter is refunded the ticket prices paid, the
promoter will give the refund received less any costs incurred to the Winner.
If the date of the Taylor Swift’s The Red Tour concert in Sydney (NSW) Wednesday 4 December
at Allianz Stadium is changed and the Promoter receives replacement tickets, the winner will
accept the replacement tickets with new date in full replacement of the Prize.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this
purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers.
Personal information will be used to contact and announce the winner, in accordance with the
PINCHme Australia privacy policy, and for the entry condition outlined in clause 5. You can view
