Terms & Conditions: 1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of the Conditions of Entry. By entering the competition, entrants accept these Conditions of Entry. 2. Entry is only available to permanent residents of Tasmania. 3. The promoter is Red Herring Surf, 75 Liverpool St Hobart Tilley Holdings Pty Ltd, ABN: 74 009 491 230. 4. Entrants must complete entry form with in store purchase to be eligible for the draw. 5. Employees and immediate families of Red Herring Surf and their associated agencies are not eligible for final selection. 6. Entries for the competition will open on 8:00AM 1 November 2013 and close on 5:00PM 20 December 2013. 7. The prize consists of 2 x VIP passes for the Hurley Australian Open of Surfing from February 8 – 16 2014 in Manly, NSW, Australia; 2 nights’ accommodation in a twin room at the Manly Paradise Motel on Friday 14th and Saturday 15th February 2014; 2 x return economy flights from either Launceston or Hobart to Sydney between February 8th and 14th 2014. Prizes are not exchangeable for money, credit or able to be altered to suit personal circumstances. 8. The promoter and its associated agencies have no obligation to advise an entrant on an incomplete or non-compliant entry. 9. One entry form will be provided with each individual purchase item. There is no limitation on how many times a person may enter. Entrants under the age of 18 must have permission to enter from an adult. 10. The name of winner will be communicated through social media channels. 11. The winner will be notified via telephone, mobile and/or email. 12. The promoter accepts no responsibility for incorrectly provided contact information. 13. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 14. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of entry or accepting the prize. 15.
