Your completed application form then needs to be printed and brought into Southport Sharks on your next visit. Please present your completed application form, photo ID and $6 to the Reception Desk so you can receive your Southport Sharks Membership card.
The promotion commences on Monday November 11 2013, and concludes at 7.30pm on Saturday February 22, 2014.
To be entered into the weekly prize draw you must join or renew your 2014 Southport Sharks membership within
the promotion dates.
All financial 2014 members are instantly placed into the draw.
All 2013 financial members will receive a $1000 cash draw bonus entry ticket via mail prior to the promotion
period. (Entry box will be located near reception)To be eligible for the bonus draw entrants must be 2014 financial
members. Bonus prize drawn on Friday 20th December, winner will be contacted by phone on Monday 23rd
December 2013.
Persons must be 18 years and over to become a Sharks member and therefore, to enter the promotion.
Staff, club contractors, and members of the board are not permitted to enter.
One (
1
) finalists will be drawn from the barrel on three (3) selected Thursdays in January and February 2014,
gaining a total of three (3) finalists who will be in the running to win the major prize. These draws will take place
from 6.45pm on Thursday 23rd January, 6th February and 20th February.
Finalists will be contacted by phone in the first instance or mail, and invited to attend the major prize draw night on
Saturday 22nd February. They must provide sufficient photo identification to qualify to attend the final draw night.
Finalists may request that another nominated person represents them on the night if they are unable to attend –
this request must be provided in writing and approved by the Southport Sharks.
The major prize will be drawn from 7.30pm on Saturday 22nd February, 2014.
On this date, as directed by the compere the finalists will be asked to select a number from a bag in the order of the
initial finalist draws. For example Finalist #1 draws from the bag first.
The numbers selected (from 1 – 3) will then determine the order of the prize envelope selection.
Once all have selected an envelope finalists will be asked one-by-one to open their envelope to see if the major
prize is inside.
The finalist who selects the winning envelope will win a cheque for $10,000.
Finalists that do not win the grand prize will win either an Ipad Air or $1000 cash. All other details and conditions of
prizes are at the discretion of Southport Sharks.
The Southport Sharks’ decision as to the result of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering the competition, all contestants’ consent to their names and/or photographs being published within
