COMPETITION TIME LINE
The giveaway is open to Australian residents only from 9am 1 December 2013 with final entries
to be received at 11.59pm 10 December 2013.The winners will be selected from all eligible entries before 10:00am 13 December 2013 and be notified via phone text message and email by FEATHERED.
The winners have 24 hours to respond to this notification and produce proof of identity and Australian residency or they will forfeit their prize and another winner will be selected and notified following the same process of draw.
PUBLICATION OF WINNERS
The winners once verified to the satisfaction of the promoter will be announced publicly at
www.facebook.com/thefeatheredshop within 24 hours of prize being claimed.
COMPETITION FORMAT & PROCESS
This competition is a Game of Skill and chance plays no part in the selection of the winners.
Entry is via liking all participating pages of the 14 sponsor businesses and answering the question ‘"What’s your best tip for domestic bliss?’ in 30 words of less.
The process for selecting the winner of the game of skill will be by panel. The promoter FEATHERED will request the other sponsor businesses vote on the shortlisted answers and this will form the expert panel for selection of the winners.
PERMITS & COMPLIANCE TO STATE GAMING REGULATIONS
In accordance with all State Regulations for online competitions chance plays no part in this competition and the total prize value is $500 plus postage comprising one single grand prize.
Entry is open to all states per the following qualifications;
New South Wales / South Australia / Queensland / Tasmania: This competition is a deemed a ‘game of skill’ (chance plays no part in determining the winner of this promotion) and a permit is not required regardless of prize value.
Victoria: A permit is not required for prize values under $5000 and when the competition is deemed a ‘game of skill’. Per the Act the winners name will be published on the promoters website for not less than 28 days.
Western Australia: A permit is not required for this competition as entry is free for all participants and no money is taken for entry.
ACT: Residents of the ACT are not eligible for entry.
PROCESS FOR ENTRY
Entry is only via the Rafflecopter application hosted on the participating facebook pages.
To enter entrants must answer the game of skill question.
Entrants agree to the terms listed here, and by participating in this promotion it is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
INELIGIBLE PARTIES
Employees of the sponsoring businesses, ''the promoter'' and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Entry is open to Australian residents only and the winner must be currently residing in Australia and this will be verified as part of the winner finalization process.

PRIZE POOL INFORMATION + DELIVERY OF PRIZES
The prize is a single voucher to the value of $500 for beauty / spa treatments / ironing services or home cleaning. The winner can nominate their choice of the three prize options as well as a provider in their local area for this service. If they can not nominate a service, the promoter can assist them in finding one OR if unavailable for an adequate or substantial reason will credit them with a Coles Myer or similar voucher to the same value.
