STANDARD TERMS

1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.

2. WHO CAN ENTER?

2.1 Entry is open to anyone who is a fan of Leo Muller Group Chrysler Jeep Dodge Facebook page.

3. HOW TO ENTER

3.1 The competition commences on Tuesday 12 November 2013 at 5pm AEDST and concludes 5pm on Monday the 9th of December 2013

3.2 In order to enter, fans must enter via the “Sweepstakes” tab on the Leo Muller Group Chrysler Jeep Dodge Facebook page.

3.3 Entrants can enter the competition only once. However, if the entrant shares the competition to their friends which results in a friend entering, they will receive 5 bonus entries for each friend who has entered.

3.4 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

4. PRIZES

4.1 The winner of the prize is the entrant who owns the Facebook profile.

4.2 The prize is an all-inclusive family adventure weekend away for 4 people which includes the complimentary use of a Jeep vehicle, 1 nights’ accommodation (at the Gold Coast, Moreton Island or Noosa), Champagne on arrival, family passes to Australia Zoo or Gold Coast theme parks, breakfast and a late checkout. Gold Coast theme park passes are only available with Gold Coast package. Australia Zoo passes only available with Noosa package. Prize is valued at $999.

5. HOW TO WIN

5.1 There will be one winner drawn at random from the pool of entrants. Each entrant who has entered the competition over the duration of the competition and registered all details required will be entered into the draw. The draw will take place online on the day after the closing date.

5.2 The winner will be notified by email on the day of the draw that has been provided by the entrant. The prize will then be emailed to the winner.

5.3 The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.

6. NO LIABILITY

6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.

6.2 The promoter takes no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected in the mail.

6.3 The promoter and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur:

a) in the participation in any prize;
b) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;

c) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compare, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;

d) in relation to failure of an entry to be received by the promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion;

e) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer software related to or resulting from participation in this promotion;

6.4 If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.

7. PROMOTER’S DETAILS

7.1 The promoter is the Leo Muller Group.

7.2 Entry details remain the property of the promoter. The Leo Muller Group is collecting the entrant’s personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this competition (including but not limited to determining and notifying winners). The entrant may request access to his or her personal information by emailing info@leomuller.com.au

8. PRIVACY POLICY

8.1 The Leo Muller Group will not use or disclose or permit the use or disclosure of personal information that could be used to identify an individual in any other circumstances except to ensure the proper provision of the Leo Muller Group services (for example, for delivery of prizes to winners of our competitions).

8.2 Your personal information, including your e-mail address, may be used for marketing purposes, to notify you of special offers, competitions and prize allocation

8.3 Your personal information may also be used or disclosed if:

(a) The Leo Muller Group is required or authorised by law or if it is reasonably necessary to enforce the law; the information is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim; or

(b) There are reasonable grounds to believe that disclosure is necessary to prevent a threat to life or health; or

(c) You have given express consent to the Leo Muller Group for a prescribed purpose.

8.4 Other than as set out above, the Leo Muller Group will not sell, distribute, rent, licence, disclose or reveal, share or pass the information onto any third parties, other than those who are contracted to the Leo Muller Group to provide services to the Leo Muller Group and who are obliged to keep the information confidential.

8.5 Personal information disclosed to the Leo Muller Group may be disclosed to any other company that is related to, or a subsidiary of the Leo Muller Group.
